    We would highly recommend Lifetime Exteriors for any roofing needs. In 2018 our family experienced a major hail storm that not only damaged our roof but also caused leaking in our home. We were very concerned with the ongoing storms throughout the rest of the week that the interior damage would get worse. We contacted Lifetime Exteriors and they reacted quickly. They had someone on site same day and immediately took charge in helping us work with the insurance company to avoid further damage to our home. We saw immediately that they were clearly well prepared and experts. They took much of the stress away from us and worked directly with our insurance company. Life Time even identified a few items that the insurance claims adjustor missed to repair the roof correctly. Their response and support was extremely excellent. We would highly recommend Lifetime Exteriors for any roofing needs. In addition to their excellent and quick support they showed compassion for a family going through a tough experience.     Signature Window Washing
    I have dealt with other companies before and NEVER has a company been as nice and professional as signature window washing. Our gutters and windows looked brand new. All the old screens got replaced the people were nice and I couldn't believe how fast the work was done. They truly over exceeded my expectations and i will be using them again and referring them to all my friends and family. Thank you signature!!

    Dunn's Roofing & Restoration
    We have received terrible service from this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone! If you do hire them make sure that you are on top of making sure they complete the job at 100%. Thr service guy that responded was over and hour late, he did not call us to advise us that he was running late. When he did arrive he only "cleaned" the gutters for less than 10 minutes. When he "completed", "cleaning" and "un-clogging" my gutters he never cleaned up the debris that was in my yard, driveway, sidewalk or on my vehicle, from a few leaves that he did take out of my gutters. When he said he "completed" the job I specifically asked him, "ok thank you so the gutters and downspouts are completely un-clogged and cleaned out?" His response "Yes it is all cleaned out." Me being a mother of a newborn I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he did complete the job 100% right and I did not get up on the roof to check his work. Also thinking that no company would say they completed a job when they really. Well I was completely wrong! We found out Tuesday that the gutters were never cleaned out or even touched! A separate roofing company came outto replace our roof and told us that we needed to get our gutters cleaned and un-clogged. We were completely appalled by this! Since just a week before we hired dunns roofing to complete the job, and it was clearly never completed or started at that! This seperate roofing company took pictures of the gutters and advised it looks like they have never been cleaned out at all! My husband and I were completely appalled as to why the service guy would lie and say the job was completed when it was never even started! When my husband called this company on Tuesday after finding out why we were lied to that it was completed. Our phone call was forwarded to voice mail so he left a message. We did receive a call back late Tuesday evening from a Bill Dunn stating that he would get someone out Wednesday morning to complete the job and that he would call back "in a little" with a time frame as to when they would be out in the morning. When my husband was speaking with Bill he was full of excuses as to why the cleaning wasn't fully completed. We never did received a call back on Tuesday evening from Bill like he stated. Wednesday morning we still did not receive a phone call from Bill as to when someone was coming out to complete the job right. We called Bill at 9:00AM phone went to voice mail so we left a message. Still no call back as of 10:00AM so we call back still no answer. As of 12:00noon still no return call, so my husband calls back to Bill and left another voice mail. Bill Dunn returns our phone call at 1:00PM on Wednesday. At this point I had advised to Bill that at this point we would like a full refund and we do not want someone to come out and re clean our gutters since we have been lied to all along and since the job should have been completed in the first place and we aren't getting returned calls like promised. His excuse, "Well you did request service in January when gutters are frozen over and your gutters were frozen over and also it was snowing when we came out so we couldn't do anything." (FYI it was never snowing when he came out, and our gutters were not frozen over when he came out!) He told me that they could get someone out Friday morning to get someone out to clean the gutters. (Wait what happened to Wednesday?) I confronted him about telling my husband that he said they would have someone out Wednesday he said I never told him a day we could get someone out and that I was lying to him! (Yes he did state he could get someone out Wednesday morning!) I then insisted on recovering our money back that we paid since job was never started/completed. His response "I need to check with the general manager if I can do that and call you right back." (Bill Dunn is general manager. So who does he need to ask?) Terrible customer service by calling customers liars and not keeping their word and also not returning calls like stated! This job as far as I'm concerned is considered fraud! Money was exchanged and services were promised and never rendered! Still today Thursday at 12:00noon have not receive a call back from Bill. Very unprofessional company, would not recommend their services to anyone. (Pictures attached showing gutters were never cleaned out.)

    It?s never if there was an issue or not, its what a company does when there is one. To have the owner of the company personally come to the house and apologize for the delay in getting me on the schedule, and then preform the work himself showed me the pride they take in there work and the reputation of his business. Very Impressed

    It was great. The serviceman was on time, and was able to determine there were no longer any animals in the chimney (except for the barbecued one in the fireplace! Oops!). He capped it, and gave me a thorough report about what was needed. He also cleaned my gutters as well! Honestly, I was pretty shocked when he told me the total (I thought it was pretty expensive!). But I was really pleased with the work, and very relieved NOT to have any animals crawling into my chimney any more! I would definitely call Chimney Sweeps again.

    I did not have to wait few weeks to be installed and they were professional. They cleaned the site neatly after the job was done. Their response time is at least 24 hours. So do not expect the call back until the next business day. If the message was left on Friday, you'll not get a call back until Monday. But what they promised was delivered. Pricing was competitive.

    The crew showed up while I was at work, which was ok, as indicated in email correspondence. They did an outstanding job plus clean up and removal of debris. Correspondence with DGC was outstanding. The job was performed in a timely manner after initial contact. Would/will definitely use their service again.
