    LM Coatings LLC
Lester and his father were really pleasant to work with. They were prompt, communicative and flexible in addressing my concerns and last minute changes. They were careful not to harm my plantings and went out of their way to help me have a good experience. They even removed and disposed of my old screen door and satellite dish that I no longer wanted for no extra charge! And of course the house turned out beautiful as well! Very pleased and would absolutely use them again.

Gabe replied to my email within an hour to discuss the work and arrange a visit. He arrived with his colleague early the following day and completed the work by the next afternoon. Everyone I dealt with were polite and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure the yard was safe for my dog to go out at the end of each day. If/when I have another fence emergency I will go straight to Gabe and Mountain High Fencing, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

High quality work using quality materials was completed in 2 days. 1 day for demolishing old fence and installing new posts. 1 day for installing fence boards, gate, and cleanup. Great crew to work with. Roman is a nice guy.

Roman and his team replaced 370 feet of fencing and installed 3 walk in gates and one drive-through gate. I had a few special requests with the work being performed and he was more than accommodating. He had a cancellation in the schedule and was able to start work the following week after the quote agreement. All the work was finished in 5 days (Mon-Fri).

    D & D Fencing
Horribly bad experience trying to work with D&D Fencing. I don't know why my experience was so different from everyone else's, but I had nothing but trouble trying to arrange a repair of a large gate at my house. I had to contact Adrian two or three times to get him to respond once, and then usually his response did not contain the information I was looking for. He never seemed to remember who I was or what my job was. Even when he called me to talk about my job, I hate to wait on the phone for several minutes while he searched through his truck and office to find my paperwork. I can't say anything about D&D Fencing's competency at building fences or gates ... but with me they were completely unreliable and unprofessional when it comes to customer service.

    Coil N Soil Services
"You didn't pay the second half did you?" has been The first question of every person who has come to look at the fence. Cosmetically the fence is ugly up close. If you look at the details things aren't right, and the fence isn't even straight along the back of the yard. We contacted Coil N Soil with pictures of the slats coming away from the fence and a video of the gate not closing. We contacted him once more about the fence being nailed to the house. We had already paid in full and it didn't seem like he cared about fixing the problems because in his words, "It doesn't matter." The yard is in a sorry state and needs a lot of work, but hiring Coil N Soil for a fence replacement did nothing to improve it. Various chunks of concrete were left on the ground from the old fence posts holes. Empty water bottles and pieces of the old fence that hadn't been cleaned up. Other random debris like old roots, bricks, gravel, and loose rock from the fence line thrown haplessly into the lawn and left there. They were asked multiple times to use a trashcan for their cigarettes, but we've found cigarette butts all over the ground all around the house. We didn't expect free labor to clean up the yard, but we did expect them to clean up the new garbage the work created. We've spent hours fixing up things that would have taken a few extra seconds to do right during installation of the fence. One day after the fence was installed a short sprinkle of light rain meant the gate would no longer close and the latch fell apart and we had to put it back on. We had to cut back the poorly framed gate so it could close, but we can't fix the ugly gouges he left on the fence instead of cutting the gate to the correct size in the first place. Five days later and we're noticing not all the slats are nailed on the top and bottom and are coming off the fence. Nine days in we notice some of the slats are nailed in the wrong places so some nails are just sticking out the other side of the fence into dead air. One was hammered over to try and keep it capive in the fence. The fence slats are not evenly spaced and some are so tight they look like they're already bulging off the fence after it rains. Since we did the walk of the property in the dusk we missed that the slats were so unevenly spaced, the terribly framed gates, and another very important problem. Rather than replacing one of the fence posts that was next to the house he nailed the fence into the house. I am worried he has damaged the siding of my home. Thahn / Rich insists that's the way it was before, but you can clearly see the old post hole still in the ground. When I pointed this out it was met with another, "It's fine, it doesn't matter, we do it this way all the time" Despite all the other problems replacing the post and caulking the holes he put into the siding were the only thing we insisted that he should come fix. This request was met with yet another, "Come on, it doesn't matter, it's fine" He told us we needed to replace a retaining wall at the back of the yard to keep back erosion and soil from the bottom sides. He warned about moisture and eventual rotting of the fence from soil being trapped against it. The retaining wall did need to be replaced, but he built it right up against the fences on the sides of the yard. Now I feel like the retaining wall is creating the exact problem it's supposed to prevent. The edges of the wall are nearly touching the sides of the fence and the back fill of soil was covering the bottom of the fences on the side of it up to a 8-16 inches on one side. I had to dig back the soil off the side fences and remove more from the front side of the retaining wall since soil was also 4-10 inches above the bottom of the fence in some places.

Gabe and his crew did a great job removing the 22 year old section of 6' cedar private fence and replaced it with a similar new fence that was 104' in length. Gabe and his crew arrived on the date and time as promised and removed the old fence and finished the job the following weekday. Gabe and his crew are very nice and efficient and I couldn't be happier with the job they performed. Everything regarding the job was promised. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

After not receiving a response we moved on to other options but finally did hear from them, had them come out and give us a bid that was slightly higher but wasn't sure it was comparable in the job aspect. When we didn't hear back again in regards to the questions we had we went with another company.

meticulous craftsmanship. Straight up honest contractor. I had a few bids I thought were too high before I received a bid from Craig. I would recommend Cross Home Improvement to anyone focused on quality work first at a fair price!

Karlyn came to our house in Aurora and went through the entire house with us, inside and out. She took a couple of days to give us a quote to make sure she was able to give us the best prices on both materials AND labor. She uses crews who specialize in specific work so the results are excellent while keeping prices VERY reasonable. Karlyn has done work for us before and will be doing projects for us at our new home in Falcon (near Colorado Springs). She dose NOT ask for "up-front" money! You don't pay until ALL the work is completed and you are completely satisfied! Karlyn works throughout Colorado ~ anywhere she's needed.
