  • Great Service and recommendations from the technician. They did tell me it would take a couple hours, but actually it took 3 1/2 hours, but it's running great at this time. I totally recommend this company. I have used them before and knew I could trust them again. They do have different plans, I chose the initial plan of $69.95, with a monthly charge of $39.95 for a minimum of 6 months.

  • A couple of weeks ago I had some print problems. Not knowing whether it was software or hardware I Took my color laser printer to Pro Computers. I was told that they don’t work on printers, but were willing to look at it to see if they could figure out where the problem was. They couldn’t be sure, not being printer experts, but they found an anomaly in one of the toner cartridges and suggested that I take the printer to a specialty shop. I took the printer to a specialist and he verified Pro Computers’ observation. We replaced the suspect toner, which resolved the problem. The point is that while Pro Computers may not be an expert on all peripherals they were smart enough to leverage their knowledge of printer operations to eliminate potential problems that would have smokescreened a technical outsider like me and to identify a likely cause. I found Pro Computers to honest, economical and resourceful. I’d recommend them to anyone for computer repairs.

  • I took it in there, and they said since I had 2 floppy drives that I could use the other one. They said that if I wanted it repaired, that they could do it though. They are very honest, and fair. I have taken some other my other computers here before as well. I bought a used computer from them about 10 years ago, and it is still running. They are a small business, and consist of around 3 employees.

  • Adam is great!! I was trying to load an update to get windows 10.
    found out my disk was partitioned incorrectly and I couldn't download files. i have no idea what to do from here. So found and called Adam. He came and fixed it. WOW! great price! speed! And accuracy! Plus I could I could get stuff done while it was being fixed!! Instead of messing with the Blasted computer store! I can't think of a reason to go to anybody else!!

  • Dean was very helpful right from the start, and was able to get an idea of what might be wrong with our Toshiba laptop within a few minutes of bringing it into the shop. Later that day, he confirmed that our hard drive was bad and quoted us a price to put in a new (and much better) hard drive. All of the work was performed quickly and the laptop is working great! He also provided us with some additional solutions to hopefully help the laptop be more reliable in the future. I will definitely come back to CNC for any future repair or optimization work!

  • My laptop would not turn on. I had tried charging it all night to see if that would work and it did not. I took the laptop to Dean at CNC Computers and it took him barely 10 minutes to determine that the power cord was not longer porviding power to the laptop would not start because the battery was dead. He had an extra power cord on hand which he gave to me at no charge and the laptop is working perfectly. Dean worked with me right away and found the problem with my laptop. I was impressed by his quick response resolving my laptop issue and his professionalism. I will definitely go back to him for any future computer issues. Thank you, Dean.

  • Mr. Goldman, sued me for 600 dollars for his fee. In court the mediator pointed out that it is simple math, 54 dollars an hour, his fee X 5 hours equals 270 dollars not 600 dollars. Goldman was trying to over-charge me by 330 dollars .He told the mediator he made a mistake. A mistake? Overcharging by 330 dollars, a mistake ? . And then called me a son of a b**** during mediation. Is this a quality of a professional person ?
