This was a large custom home that had a leaking shower pan from original build. It involved a structural engineer to make possible a 'curbless' walk in shower by lowering the floor joists to accommodate 12 x 24" tiles that run into it. The project also included underfloor heat, waterproof underlayment/shower system, a custom made 1600lb vanity, recessed lighting in vaulted ceiling, and body spray array. Hello. :) Please completely read my bio before contacting me. I am currently booked on projects through March 2021. Please contact me via direct email only (akatileandstone@yahoo.com). My service area is approximately a 15 mile radius from Westminster. James 'Jimmy' Strickler (formerly J & G Tile) has over 32 years of tile installation and remodeling experience. I have never used advertising as my business is based fully upon referral and call-backs. I am the sole owner/operator/installer, though on larger projects I will occasionally hire respectable laborers/sub contractors. No subs for tile work. I am personally there everyday throughout. I simply cannot trust a subcontractor to do the quality of work I demand from myself. I do everything right the first time, and I take extreme pride in my work. The demand for my services is based on quality of my installations, as well as constant communication with my clients. Cost is determined by individual needs of customer. Complete bathroom remodeling is my specialty. Plumbing and electrical included. I also use a dust evacuation system that eliminates 90% of the dust caused by the construction process. Re-grouting and repairs however, are not something I typically do, as my skills are best used in new installations. Estimates within my service area and advice are always free. Jimmy was great to work with. He was professional and a great communicator. Our project turned out amazing! We are incredibly happy with our new bathroom and would absolutely work with Jimmy again for future projects. We highly recommend him.

Jimmy was an absolute gem. He really nailed the whole project start to finish. We are so happy with how everything turned out on our kitchen backsplash. He was helpful with scheduling, helping us select a grout, discussing maintenance and future care, and the overall finish is so professional and nice. As first timers, he made it all so painless. Couldn't recommend him enough.
