They are a little bit hard to get in contact with and sometimes when you call to make an appointment or whatever, sometimes they have to call back and so if you missed a call then you are calling back and forth. Availability is good but not the best.

My doctor prescribed a Mylogram and a CAT scan instead of a MRI due to my pacemaker being non MRI compatible, the procedure was ordered to better diagnose my ongoing spine problem.  Great West Cigna has outsourced the decision to pre-approve tests and procedures to a company called Med Solutions. Med solutions rejected my testing.
A period of nine days elapsed from the doctors order for the test and when I arrived for my appointment at the facility only to get a phone call from the pre-registration office of the hospital informing me that Great West-Cigna had denied the procedure.  I had stopped taking Warfarin for five days as ordered, took a day off work for the procedure and had to turn around and go home.  This is not the first time Med Solutions has denied me services and I am thinking that they are a firewall to increase profits for Cigna by burdening doctors, making them run around and around complying with Med Solution documentation requirements and then denying services.  One doctor said they do this in hopes that the doctor and patient will just give up and go away.  Denying services equals increased profit.  Really disappointed in this company.

I have had no problems with the company, in fact all of my interactions with them have been good.  They have taken care of all of my concerns and my billing problems with efficiency.  My husband just received coverage through his work with the same provider, so I guess we will be keeping them for a while.  But overall very pleased with the service provided so far.

They do the mail service which helps immensely because my husband tends to wait until the last minute to call for refills. They wait for him to call for something or if it's time that he should be calling, they will call and check with him on the medications. We were trying to get a replacement for a medicine that the pharmacy company is no longer distributing. Were working some time to get it, and they were very helpful in contacting his primary care physician. All of the service is really good. I've never had a problem with calling them except for their computerized voice response. We usually try to get through to a person because the voice response is just horrible. Compared to what I pay with my insurance pharmacy, it's excellent. It's negligible compared to what I pay for my insurance co-pay.

I drove through, dropped off the prescriptions and in exactly 2 hours, all were filled and I didn't have to wait more than a minute for the entire transaction.  I've shopped at Walgreen's in other states before, but this Walgreens Pharmacy is outstanding.
The staff were courteous and the fact that I didn't have to wait, on such a stressful day, was great.
    Thank you!

It was a good experience.  The doctor quickly had my hand imaged and luckily there were no broken bones.  Because of the pain, was put in a simple brace to keep my hand from moving too much during the healing period.  In the end, my hand feels fine and the treatment was sound.
The clinic is simple, but clean and they have always been very prompt with their care.  The staff don't chit chat with each other while you are waiting, which is nice.  When you are sick and need immediate care, the last thing you want to hear is staff laughing and talking.

They did very well.  Overall, the experience was very good.  For having to go through the surgery, they treated me like I was someone special.  They have their own endless network of specialists.  They are very professional and very thorough.  I have always been treated very well.  They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either.  I would recommend Kaiser Permanente to anybody that needs medical insurance.

They are awesome, there are several different ways to contact them, they have a lot of preventative services, for example my fitness center membership is free. I don't have anything bad to say about them.

We went up there and checked in. Went to the department, waited two minutes. The doctor came out and got him. They did some pre-screening. They dilated his eyes. They exam him and told him exactly what was going on. They wanted to see him in again month to make sure that things were ok. They also print out their instructions to you, what to doctor talked to you about, that is all printed out on a piece of paper, and given to you to take home.  It has been proven that people only remember 20% of what they are told. They do this through out there services. There communication is great, the doctor e-mails me all the time, I can look up all my results on the computer. I also can email him and in a few hours he writes me back, I don't know if they all do that but mine does.

We have been with Managed Benefit System for at least 15 years now.  (Geez, where has the time gone??!!)   With the health insurance market place becoming more and more confusing, Managed Benefit Systems works to find you the best product to fit your needs and your budget.  You are never pushed towards a particular provider or a particular plan -- they always take the time to research and present numerous options to you.

Too many times we experience the attitude from vendors that once you buy something, it's goodbye and  don't call them again.  Definitely not so with Managed Benefit Systems.  Their customer service is exceptional!  Paul, George & Kathy are a terrific team who are always there to help you with any questions, problems or concerns.  In addition, they provide their clients with a newsletter that is short, on point, and actually helpful (like letting us know that the Medicare Part B employee notice requirement was a month earlier this year than in the past).

If you would like help in navigating the maze of health insurance options, please give Managed Benefit Systems a call.   They have gone over and above in helping our company -- and will do the same for you, too.
