    EZ Moving, LLC
Holy smokes where do we start?!? Mario and his team were great to work with and would recommend their services to anyone! When we first scheduled our move, Mario showed up that night to provide us a quote and ideas for us to save money (buying boxes on our own, packing on our own, etc). Our original plan was to pack everything on our own and have his team load/unload the truck on moving day. Unfortunately, a mountain snowstorm kept us from getting back to Denver from Glenwood before our move and Mario adjusted his schedule to get to our house and pack the rest of the items on his own. Through phone and text, we gave detailed instructions of what to pack/not to pack and he was very accommodating of our situation. This saved us worlds of stress and time in the car trying to get back before they started. Additionally, everything he packed arrived at the new home just like we left it. Pricing: looking at the other reviews, it goes without saying that their prices at THE BEST out there. His quote (and final price) was 1/2 of the next cheapest Company. Please do not let this turn you away. They are a small, growing Company and Mario will be the first to tell you that their prices are cheap to help grow. Take advantage of what their offering before it's too late! 5++++ STARS FROM GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO!

    DEE JOHN'S UPHOLSTERY INC
Tom Busse reupholstered an office chair for me ($450). Before the chair was reupholstered, it had a seam across the middle of the seat and middle of the back, which made it very, very hard to sit and lean back on. I was very specific when I told him I wanted the seat and back padded from front to back because the chair was so hard to sit on. Also, I requested the arm upholstery be extended down the front of the arm. I do not know how to tell you what he did to the arms. I said, extended. I did not indicate I wished the arms to be fully enclosed. I do not believe it makes any sense what he did to the arms. I am 87 years old and have cancer of the lung and on oxygen 24/7. I was ill and not present when the chair was delivered so did not see the chair until the next day. My husband and daughter accepted the chair but did not realize the mistakes which had been made. Tom has stated he did exactly what he was told. Except for the arms, all he did was replicate the new chair to the old chair. He will do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. I strongly suggest that you never do business with Tom out of his shed. The business is at his home down a long driveway which is very difficult to maneuver. There is no sign telling you where it is. We should have turned around and left when we were told at the front door to go around the house and down the unpaved lane to the shed. Please heed my advice and go somewhere else to have your upholstery done. I do not think you will be happy with the work Tom Busse does.

    The Woodfixer
J T gave us an estimate and worked with in the estimate. Even with changes made to the order , it was easy to work with his price quoted. He was easy to work with and responsive to my concerns and needs

    Square Cow Moovers
Excellent job. On a Denver to Austin move, everyone at Square Cow did their best to make my move a success! The process was easy. The company is straightforward in their estimates. Each packer/mover was polite, respectful, and took care with their work. As I've unwrapped, the packing crew did a great job of protecting things. The load/drive team was exceptional and took excellent care of protecting door jambs and floors at both houses. Shout out to Joseph and Andrew for really stellar service and attitude on a long drive. Great job guys!

    Extreme Piano Moving
Unfortunately, the movers could not get the piano out of the house - bi-level house, stairs on the bottom. They couldn't get the piano past the handrail. We ended up having a separate contractor remove the handrail and replace it after the piano move. However, I still give this company an A because they tried very hard to make it work and even had the owner come out to look. Once we took care of the handrail, they came again and moved the piano right out. They were very professional and very courteous and really wanted to make it work. The move to the new house was smooth and went very well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again - it's not their fault they had trouble with my set up (although someone else did manage to get the piano in 10 years before!). They worked hard and really wanted to do a good job.

    Square Cow Moovers
Square Cow moved everything out of our old house and delivered it to our new house one city over. This was an 1800 square foot house with piano, hot tub, and a whole lot of books and bookcases. They arrived promptly with a energetic, friendly crew who all introduced themselves and were very polite throughout. Anthony (the team lead), Stephen, Brandon, Spencer, and Collin were all hard-working, friendly, and careful with our items. We were very impressed with the thorough care that they took of our items, delivering fragile items with no damage and great respect. They came prepared to wrap and blanket everything, loaded carefully, and communicated well throughout. During the delivery, they worked with us to make sure everything ended up in the correct room and the right place. I was worried about hiring movers, as I've had some bad experiences before with movers who were surly, not careful, or could barely communicate-- but Square Cow changed my attitude on that; they were great!

    Bruce Johnson Piano Service
Bruce spent time to explain the inner workings of the piano, how the tuning worked, and to answer my questions about the age and condition of the piano and the piano bench.  When he returned later to check the tuning of the new wire, he did not charge for the visit.

    The Home Depot
Bought stackable fridges are washer dryer and paid to have it installed. Installers left packing in motor that caused a huge noise and they caused a dent in dryer door when placing Machine in laundry room. Called Home Depot to get repairman to figure out the huge noise that I had no idea of the cause at the time. The repairman took packing out of motor, that kept it from turning. I kept it. The packing is black inside where the motor tried to turn and couldn't. I was told I'd get another new machine and Hone Depot then changed their mind and said at this time it was working. Further damage down the road is my problem. It is brand new. Never again.

    Bruce Johnson Piano Service
Repaired, cleaned and tuned piano--I can't even recall everything that they did! This much-loved spinnet was my grandmother's at one time, and had been passed around and finally ended up in my cousin's possession... which he then relegated to a garage for over a decade, with all its temperature and humidity fluctuations, where his boys would go out and bang on the poor thing from time to time. The piano was not only out of tune, the board was cracked and all the pins needed to be glued (I think I'm getting the terminology correct?) and let's not talk about 70+ years of dirt and grime and--is that a hairball in there!?--that they cleaned as well. I paid for a discounted piano tuning on Angie's List, and when my piano needed much, much more, Bruce and Mrs. Johnson itemized everything and explained why it was necessary, and also explained that the hammers and felts would need to be replaced in the future but understood the budgeting issue and need to spread it out a bit, and even credited the discount from the total of work done. This is a beautiful sounding piano now, and as soon as we can get rid of the thud of flat felts, it will have an even richer sound.
They had to make several trips out, because at first, he realized that the piano could not be tuned due to the cracked pin board, which he showed me and explained the physics of the problem. The piano had to be laid on its back (on an interesting piano dolly that makes it quite easier than you might expect!), then glued, then left to dry for several days, before the actual tuning could take place. On the final day when they came and cleaned and tuned the piano, they were there for a long time--5 hours or so. Very thorough, and my piano has not known such love in many years.   Thanks, Bruce!
