AMillennium Termite & PestThis company is on the ball. My appointment was scheduled very quickly. The inspector was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the captured bugs as flying ants (not termites) and proceeded to inspect our attic, which was next to the room in question. He discovered rodent scat and the lack of insulation, two things of which we were unaware. The office person followed up immediately with a proposal.- BECKY M.

AEcoGuard Pest ManagementTrap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. ADefender Termite and Pest ManagementHydrex Pest Control was easy to work with and they send out skilled workers who actually know what they are doing! Also, if there was an issue such as I had one board come apart, they came out the NEXT day to fix it and that was after I paid them! I felt very comfortable with their Workforce and they were exceptionally honest. ATerrific experience. The Hitmen kept appointments reliably and sent a super knowledgeable guy for the first round. He put out traps - including extremely effective bait that's like peanut butter but better - and checked them regularly, removing 15! rats over about six weeks. Other Hitmen staff closed up every potential opening. A year later, when three rats found their way in because roofers had unwittingly created an opening, the Hitmen came back, set traps again, closed the opening, and got the ones that had found their way in. Now we've had 0 rats in the last 12 months. Hooray!

AAfter having mold cleaned out of our HVAC system, we finally got to scheduling a mold test to confirm that the problem was resolved. When I called they were pleasant and helpful, and able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The inspector arrive slightly early, and I was running late taking my son to school, so he did the ambient air sample while he waited for us, and then came in to do the indoor air sample after I got home. It was quick, and he was very professional. We discussed additional possible samples that I was considering adding, and he was clear that it was all my decision, and they would never push extra sampling on a customer. I decided not to do the extra swabs. The turn-around was supposed to be 24 hours, but when I hadn't heard anything after 30 hrs I had to call them, and then wait for a call back to get an oral summary of my results. It took a entire additional day to get the report by email. That delay getting the report, when they had repeated several times that it would be 24 hrs, is why I only gave a B for punctuality. I would have been happier being told 24-48 hours from the get-go. The report and clearance letter were easy to read and understand.

AWe recommend Clark Pest and rate them "super". Clark Pest is reliable and in 30+ years we've never had a problem with this company. Like clockwork, they arrive, let you know they are there and when done and they leave their paperwork. They schedule monthly services; plus annual services, as needed. Although you;re on a regular schedule, they send a reminder post card to you prior to each visit.
