  • They gave me a lower estimate than the other contractor I consulted, and their presentation gave me confidence that I would be happy. For the most part, they did not disappoint. The new drywall looks super, and the old drywall looks brand new. The lighting is a major improvement over what I had -- I can now do the laundry and actually see clearly what I'm doing. The epoxy floor looks great and is so much easier to clean now. They did a good job in recommending fiberglass doors to replace the wood doors I had (the outside door was rotted through because water seeped under when it rained). The door to the inside looks like wood and pretty much matches my other interior doors, something I was concerned about. On my old walls, I had rails with hooks from which I hung my gardening tools -- shovels and the like. Their suggestion was to reinforce those areas with a board behind the drywall, so I wouldn't have to worry about where the studs were when I reinstalled the rails. I thought this was a great idea. The implementation of this was one reason I have slightly downgraded them on professionalism. The workers installed the boards, and then marked the drywall to show where the boards were. However, on both walls their marks were several inches too low, and I could not find where the boards were. They had to come out and test the walls to find out where the boards were. They were very prompt and helpful in doing this, however. The other reason I downgraded them was the inside door. It was not as professional a job as you would have gotten from a company that installs doors and windows as their primary function. A couple of screws were missing from the plate hardware because the holes had been drilled slightly off. More important was their failure to consult with me about the color of the frame and molding. The installer brought white molding, but I wanted the inside molding to match that around my other doors. He ended up re-using my old molding, but it was not large enough to cover all the new framework, leaving a 1/4 inch band of white around the door. This seemed OK at the time, but it started bothering me, so I repainted the inside of the frame to more or less match the old molding. Also, he did not explain why two of the hinges looked different from the third. I consulted with Rehome about it, and it turned out two of them were spring-loaded to automatically close the door. They had not been set up to actually do that, which was OK because I didn't want them to automatically close, but I felt I should have been educated about these hinges. I also was not given all the hardware you would need to set them up, including a pin that has to be inserted. (I discovered this by viewing YouTube videos about this kind of hinge.) This is pretty minor though. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

  • We hired Darren and his crew when we went through total remodels of both of our bathrooms due to plumbing issues. We met with several contractors, but liked Darren and his quote was very reasonable. Darren was punctual and extremely responsive. He listened to concerns and helped us come up with resolutions. Darren's crew were extremely polite and the quality of work is exceptional. We LOVE our "new" bathrooms!

  • Josh and his crew were very professional and always nice to have around. The overall project took a little over two weeks and I feel like my new bathroom is a Vegas oasis. I absolutely love it!! Highly recommend Briarwood!!

  • The painters arrived promptly at the appointed time and with the needed tall ladder, worked hard and fast, and did a beautiful job. They carefully covered furniture that was too heavy to remove from the room. When I asked them to, they patched and repaired some areas where there'd previously been window treatment hardware. They reached behind a wall-mounted big-screen TV that could only be pulled out a small distance from the wall and did a nice job of painting that section of wall.

  • Really well. The quality of the doors is outstanding. Workmanship is excellent and responsiveness was fantastic. The workmen respected our home. They cleaned up after themselves. When they left you couldn't tell any work had been done on the house (other than that the doors had been changed). No mess anywhere. There was no loud radios played in contrast to previous workers we've had in our home. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

  • I would definitely re-hire them in the future for any type of cabinet or tile work. The kitchen turned out very nicely. However, I would not have them do any plumbing. We had quite a few problems with them regarding plumbing. Wish I had used our own plumber, even if it cost a bit more and took more time because of scheduling.

  • Jesse was handed several problems that required thinking outside of the box. He came up with great ideas that he implemented perfectly. My friends have all complemented his work. I keep his number handy to hand out. He is also a very honest business owner.

  • It went great. My technicians were Ben and Austin, and they were speedy, polite and professional. They were able to install a wall switch to operate both all three speeds of my fan and the fan light with dimmer switch, all without pulling chains. This was great news, because my room has a 16 foot ceiling, and pulling chains on the fan is a lot of trouble! They also consulted with me on a couple of other issues I'm interested in hiring them for, and noticed that my front porch light fixture was dangling by a wire, and fixed that for me as they left. Great guys--will hire again.

  • The workers showed up on time and worked throughout the day both outside doing plaster repair and inside with the drywall repair. Leo, co-owner, made on-site appearances both to make sure the right work was being completed and then to make sure the work was completed to standards. Both workers were polite and considerate of my property.

  • The entire project went exceptionally well. Everyone involved were professional, polite, and very hard working. The remodel was done efficiently with few if any glitches and on time. Steve, the owner of the company, also was very helpful with making suggestions re materials, appliances, lighting and even paint colors. However he was never overly opinionated and did whatever my final decision was regarding the project. All of the carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, etc. were very cognizant of time, cleanliness, and any interference with the family while they worked. Every project came out even better than we had anticipated. I would not hesitate to use In-Line again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a general contractor.
