AJulio (Tech) was engaged and fixed the problem. These are very old openers that are not made any longer and Julio was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem. I had all three openers serviced a month ago by them and ran into this one problem. Julio came out and did the service for no charge even though the issue was not related to what they did a month ago. It's refreshing to find a company like Entry Doors that takes care of the customer.

AThis company gets an A+ for helping me out yesterday (on a Saturday!) with a minor adjustment to my garage door motor. If this results in a temporary measure, I will definitely have them install a replacement motor. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and so was his technician, Chris, who did the work. I found this company that is very close to my home on Angie's List and selected them because of their excellent standing on Angie's List. I'm super fussy about having nothing but quality work done at my home and you never really know what you're going to get with an unknown company. In this instance, I clearly chose a quality company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors who need any garage door work.
