  Several weeks went by with no notice of parts receipt. When finally contacted their office on Jan 22 and spoke to Carl, he noted they don't repair our brand of dryer (LG) normally and couldn't even find the estimate paperwork.  He noted that he would check further and return our call.  To date (Feb24), no follow up call has been received. Fortunately, the dryer is still somewhat operational even though having intermittent problems.

  CTS Home Appliance Center

  As stated I bought a built in cabinet trash recycler. When the installer arrived and put it in place it did not go all the way in because a pipe extended into the space. This obstacle could not be seen without removing the trash compactor I was replacing nor would anyone expect to see a pipe in that spot. The installer called Robert at CTS and explained the situation. Robert said he would give me a full refund which he did on the spot. All of my experiences with CTS have been stress free and exceptionally pleasant. I will use them in the future without bothering to comparison shop.

  Pete was very responsive and thorough when he came out for the estimate. I wanted built in bookcase cabinets on both sides of my fireplace so I could hang my TV above the fireplace and put the electronic components in the cabinets. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for and Pete had a lot of great ideas and suggestions. I purchased a home that was a foreclosure and the previous owners made a lot of deep scratches and gouges on the kitchen cabinet doors. Pete was able to sand down the doors to remove the marks and match the stain of the cabinets beautifully! He prepared a 3D design of the cabinets in the family room and was very accommodating in changing the design and in offering alternative designs.
  The finished bookcases are gorgeous and we love everything about them. The craftsmanship is awesome down to every detail. He is one of the best Angie's List service providers I have used. I recommend him without hesitation and plan to use him for more projects in the future!

  They responded promptly to our request for an estimate. The owner came out and provided us with a computer designed image of our garage cabinets with many ideas for how to maximize the storage utility of the garage. The workers were very efficient and prompt and the work was completed in the scheduled time. The cabinets and flooring quality are fantastic! It transformed our garage to a showroom.   Mr. Bruce Heying calls, annually, two weeks prior to the anniversary of the prior year appointment, and schedules a tuning appointment. He always arrives exactly at the appointment time, tunes the piano beautifully, and has a reasonable price.

  C R CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY

  I stopped in to C R Custom Upholstery after getting other bids because I had used them for small jobs in the past.  Cecilio was able to create the headboard for less than what others had quoted, and because of my past experience, I knew his work would be excellent.  I dropped off the fabric and the dimensions of the headboard, and he said it would be ready in 3 weeks.  We set up an appointment  for delivery once it was complete, and he and his coworker installed it.  It turned out to be even more stunning than I had imagined.  The only small detail was that he recalled the price being $50 higher than what I had recalled, but considering that he delivered it and installed it, I wasn't overly concerned.  However, it might be helpful to have something in writing on larger jobs.  In short, he is very good at what he does and his prices are fair.
