You can except your car fully clean after that. They did the shine, and a nice wax. Better than what you get outside.

Servicing. They did an oil change.

They were punctual. They were good. Too busy and crowded. The waiting was fine. They are too busy to see you. They can't go by and take a look at something. Too much scheduling. Not there to take a look, and trouble shooting. You have to make an schedule, and make a big issue out of it. Even for a little windshield wiper, you have to make an appointment. Its a big pain.

Insurance policy that they sell you.

I am not happy with that at all. Their presentation and honesty about the insurance. The paperwork about the insurance. The clear cut of what they cover, and what they don't cover is missing. They didn't give me any proper paperwork, They sell you insurance, and just give you a brush on top. They don't tell you what is cover. Oh, your key is lost, you can get it replaced. They didn't tell you it cost two hundred dollar to replace the key. You pay thousand of dollars, and you have to pay two hundred dollars. I could have paid that, and not pay for the insurance.

Worst service ever. Had a regular service in November. They said all was good. Then I had an issue with 1 wheel in December. They changed brakes on all 4 tires--when only 1 was the issue. Charged me over $3,000 or would not let me even have my car. Why did they change 4 brakes--who knows. A gentleman named Armen in service wanted a big year end bonus (that is what others told me!) I believe them now.

Taken to the cleaners should be the title of my issue. They think, because you have a Porsche that they can charge what they want for items you don't need.

Car is under warranty. They swapped out my battery.

They also checked out the car to make sure all was good. They have exceptional customer service.
