    Dina's asst Delia was amazing. She helped pack, helped determine what would go to the rental properties, what we should be keeping, what would be donated and even left with a carload of donation boxes for dropoff. Had I known about this kind of service I would have engaged Dina months ago in anticipation of this migration. I will have her back for at least one maybe 2 more days before the final move.

    Fantastic company and highly recommended, it's the second time they've moved us and both times have been incredible. The first call which was great we able to get an estimate over the phone and lock down the schedule. The day of the move, the team were very punctual and went to work immediately loading up the truck and driving to the new location. Unloading was awesome and great care was taken with our items and the team helped put everything in the right place. They even followed up after the move to see how it went. A+ service.

    I had to move my high end furnitures from my house to a storage facility. I spoke to Donna and ask her for a quote. Donna was nice to me and gave me my quote after i emailed her the pics of the items that i want to move. she sent the guys to my house yesterday and they came on time and without any delay. they wrapped all my furnitures and placed them in the truck. the packing was super professional and the guys were very nice and polite. At my storage facility, they unloaded the truck and places them inside making sure that nothing will happen to them. Excellent people and service. See my attached pictures to show what i mean.

    Due to our recent remodeling, We hired Elite moving, to come over, pack our furniturs and store them for 3 months and then to bring them back to our house after the remodeling is completed. We worked directly with Donna and she coordinate all of that. Although we spoke to Donna only over the phone, we were very happy with her service and mainly with the actual people that did the work. After our house was ready, Donna sent her guys with our stuff and she made sure that we are happy and that everything is good.

    They showed up 4 hours late and left Tons of items. They said it was late and they were done?? They left items with out putting them back together The manager Bobby was unprofessional and rude on the phone. Made excuses and did nothing to help the situation. Two of the movers were stoned on weed! The other guy was listening to music while he was moving my stuff and while talking to me.

    Going backwards based on the AWFUL EXPERIENCE! ****Move Back: Experience AWFUL**** A different team was assigned the return of our stuff based on what I assume the back experience we had with the pack out. This is where things get really bad. - DAMAGE TO ITEMS. It seems like there was no care taken with our items. THERE WAS DAMGE TO 15 ITEMS. There was actually damage to a 16th item but we did not discover it until after the claim window passed with our insurance carrier. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE and when the furniture restorer came to give us a quote to fix or replace the damaged items he couldn't believe how many items had been damaged. I could go on but the pictures below will show some of the damage. - Wardrobe boxes were not included in the move though this was NEVER COMMUNICATED and if we didn't unpack the day of they would charge us an extra $25 per box. Some of these wardrobe boxes were not used for clothing and just had items unpacked and thrown in without thought. We had to scramble to unpack some of these boxes so we wouldn't be charged the $25 dollars. Luckily we had some extras which we could swap out. THIS IS EVEN AFTER WE DISCOVERED A LOT OF DAMAGE. PLEASE NOTE THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE $25 FOR USED WARDROBE BOXES THAT DIDNT CONTAIN CLOTHING! - Hollywood Moving and Storage response to this damage was this is why you get extra insurance. We had to pay $750 for extra moving insurance and then $250 for a deductible. That means that we are out of pocket $1000 before any of our items are fixed. They would not return my calls as we discovered more problems and the general lack of care with our stuff. I finally had to block my number and call the company at which point they answered the phone. Even then Bobby Williams the manager didn't seem to care. I understand that things get damaged but the extent of the damage is beyond me. **** Pack up and move to storage: Experience Bad**** The crew arrived 30 minutes late and seemed professional. All moving materials were included. Some of the wardrobe boxes were not new and that was never communicated in the Quote process. The crew took direction well for some of our items that required extra attention UNTIL the end of the day. I communicated to the crew that they needed to take special care with our vintage and mid century items. They packed up our 1960's mid century table at the end of the day and I told them 5 times to pack the leaves separate and to take extra special care with this expensive item. They packed up the table and went to move it and one of the leaves came loose and crashed into the floor damaging it in multiple places. The fact that they didn't listen and then damaged a prized possession was very disappointing. This happened at the end of the day and planted a seed of doubt regarding our other items. They took $125 off our bill to cover half of our deductible which seemed like nice gesture at the time. This ended up being nothing close to what we would want to make this experience better.**** Quote: Experience Good**** This went well though certain details were not communicated that ended up being a problem later. REBUTTAL TO COMPANY RESPONSE: I have attached the first pass at our inventory receipt/invoice for our items. The foremen added SC (scratch) to every single item. I let the foremen know that I would not sign because there is no specific information and that insurance might not cover it. He then called the office to discuss this matter. He came back out and apologized and said he made a mistake. Ripped up the receipt/invoice and started a new one where he was more specific about any existing damage. I took pictures of the original to show the difference which you can see below in the comparison. Yes we purchase insurance just in case something happens BUT the amount of damage is beyond anything that should be expected and shows neglect. The vendor has control over handling their customer service and making sure regardless of the insurance claim that the customer felt the situation was managed correctly. They can say whatever they want but ultimately I let them know we were not happy and requested more compensation. It was BOBBY WILLIAMS CHOICE TO SAY NO WE WILL NOT STAND BEHIND OUR WORK AND ADD TO YOUR COMPENSATION. One of the items (vintage mirror picture attached) that was damaged was not covered because the vendor DID NOT pack it properly. They were SUPPOSED to BOX it but since they didn���t we now do not have coverage. This is $90 that we do not get back!!! There was damage to another item that we did not catch within the 72 hr time period. One of the matching West Elm Large Penelope Nightstands has a crack in the marble. This will cost us $500 dollars to replace. With SO MUCH DAMAGE TO our furniture it was easy for this item to be missed. The main take away is DO NOT WORK WITH HOLLYWOOD MOVERS. THEY will not stand behind their work and ultimately you will LOSE MONEY. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    These guys were great. Arrived on time, wrapped up every piece of furniture with moving blankets(or how does it call), and used great care in handling everything. I've never come across such respectful/considerate movers, who work as hard as these guys do.
