    We were referred to them by Hansen Moving Company in Windsor since they had no openings on the day we needed. Since we were approved on a short sale and time was very limited, we had to move quickly.  We got an appointment and quote the following day and he was very professional, friendly, and on time. The following day we had the move scheduled (which is what we wanted) the two moving guys were punctual on time and also very nice.  When I needed anything extra moved, they were there to do it. Both guys were in constant communication with me and made sure to let us know when they were taking their breaks.  The price was competitive and close to the quote.  I would definitely call them again.

    I ordered new service for telephone and internet from Vonage, leaving Comcast in late March. In the phone conversation with their representative I was told not to contact Comcast, that they would handle all the necessary details. It then took approximately 5 days after ordering to receive their equipment (modem). I attempted installation the next day after receipt but without total success. Either the telephone would work or the internet would work but not both at the same time. I then disconnected and reconnected the modem three more times with the same result. I then placed a call to Vonage's Technical Service and was connected to a young lady who I was to spend the next three (3) hours with an our attempts to get the service to operate properly. She placed conference calls with: Microsoft with no help there, with Dell Technical Service with no help there. I told her that, under the circumstances, I would prefer to cancel service. She said that was not part of here service and would have someone call me back. No one ever called back. Finally, in desperation, I called Vonage Customer Service and asked to cancel service immediately. I was told there would be no problem with cancellation but I would not be able to keep the same telephone number since the "porting" process hadn't been completed and my cancellation would also cancel the "porting" of my telephone number (we had had the same number for many years) and then my number would go into a pool of number that would be inaccessible for four or five years. This was only two days before the Customer Satisfaction warranty was to expire. My wife and I wanted the same phone number so I canceled the cancellation. Lo and behold, two days after the Customer Satisfaction warranty had expired, costing me $110.00, the porting of my phone number was completed. I maintain that the "porting" of my phone number was purposely delayed in order for Vonage to escape their Customer Satisfaction warranty and lose their resultant fees. I filed a dispute with American Express who I had used to pay for the service and after 2 to 3 weeks I received a notice from AMEX that the dispute had been found in Vonage's favor, enclosing a copy of the contract I had agreed to when I signed up with them.
