He removed my skin cancer. He did a very nice job on my face. The office staff is friendly. He is very professional. He is very good at what he does. The office gets me in right away.

    Jacobs, Dr. Stanley W
Not well.... sad story.... Face lift left me with no ear lobes...and what were supposed to be earlobes were stretched out...and caused bad keloid scarring on both sides from the excessive tension...TWO reconstructive surgeries were needed for him to 'correct' his errors on that.... One side is still resolving to this very day (6/5/09, and I had the facelift in September of 06). Also, my nose points ever so slightly to the left... not too noticeable, but still not 'straight'... Worse, Dr. Jacobs should NEVER have given me cheek implants. He knew I have Celiac Disease, an autoimmune disorder, and that ANY implants MIGHT be a problem, but NEVER TOLD ME THAT!... ... on top of that, he placed the implants ON my cheeks and NOT 'sub malar' - 'below cheeks' - which is where we discussed them going...to fill out my face...not add onto my already prominant cheekbones...I ended up with a 'sunken look'... and almost cried when I saw myself post-op, but was too passive to compain right away... EVEN WORSE, I got an infection... AND I was NEVER informed that if I got an infection, that the implants might have to be taken out to cure it... So , I suffered for EIGHT months with an infection inside my left cheek, had to be on antibiotics for MANY MONTHS and I had to drop out of school for 3 months, and then it was 'a battle' to finally get Dr. Jacobs to 'admit' that he 'blew it' ... I am surprised that I even allowed him to take them out, but he said he should, since he put them in. I told him that I AT LEAST wanted my money back for the implant surgery, a nd he agreed to that.... but when he FINALLY admitted that he made a mistake in not informing me that they might need to come out if infection set in AND that he shouldn't have put them into someone with an autoimmune disorder in the first place, I just told him "that's all I wanted"...for you to acknowledge your responsibility in my suffering ... and I did not have his malpractice attorney refund the money/draw up an agreement, as he was ready to have done... Looking back , I should have... but, this report here is at least a way to warn others.... His website now reads, "Plastic surgery never felt so good." That makes me angry....and worried for others.
