AAdrian ConstructionDonovan and his crew were responsive, professional and caring. While the project took a little detour when we suffered some unrelated water damage, it was completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship. He really treats you like family, making sure to keep you up to date on the project. After our water damage incident, he even dispatched a crew immediately to help with the cleanup, which provided a level of peace of mind that is invaluable during such a stressful time. Even though some of the parts that the job required seemed to take forever to arrive (my fault for choosing them!), he did his best to get everything completed in short order. APacWest Floors & MoreEric showed up on time for the initial estimate and did a walk-through with my wife and daughter. A copy of the estimate was sent to me with a PDF for an Acceptance signature. Nicely done. We accepted the quote and paid 50% down on with our credit card. The job was scheduled (we waited one week). The crew initially had trouble finding the condo, but once they arrived they got down to work. The first day, all the demo work was completed (the condo was empty at the time). The next day, it was recommended that the floors be coated with Kilz to block out the cat spray that had soaked through the carpet into the subfloor. Additional cost: $500 (it was worth it!). Over the next three days, the new flooring was installed and the floor molding re-installed. The installation work was excellent. The finished look transformed the place to a healthy, attractive living space. This is a second home for us, and our daughter is living in the condo while finishing college. We primary residence is in eastern Washington where the cost of living is 16.7% less than the west side of the state. The price of the flooring and installation was very competitive for King county. Let me tell you that you don't meet these types of people everyday. David was honest, knowledgeable and was not only the person we initially met but he was the project manager as well throughout the project. AMartinez FlooringCarmelo and his crew installed laminate floors in my kitchen, mud room, downstairs hallway, and both bathrooms. They then installed new carpet in all my bedrooms, the stairs, and upstairs hallway. The price was really reasonable and the quality of work was great. Customer service was excellent as well because they worked with me and my schedule so I give them an A+ and would highly recommend them.- Dane F.

ASpoke with Ryan the owner. He was very courteous returned my phone call quickly. He gave me an excellent price estimate. Cleaner was professional and prompt. Equipment was self-contained in their truck mounted cleaner. Only needed access to a water spigot. Carpet repair was small and they used what he called a cookie cutter. If I didn't know where the repair was, you would not be able to spit where they did the work. Overall - I was very impressed with their excellent work. And I would recommended them whole-heartedly.
