AAffordable Air & HeatingFinally, a company that cares about their customers. Jeremee came to look at my old wall heater and see if it could be fixed. He took the time to look through everything and thank God he did. He checked for CO and sure enough it was emitting that. He said we needed a new wall heater which I agreed. I received a reasonable quote. This morning right on time Tony and Francisco arrived. They put in my beautiful new wall heater and thermostat. All my questions were answered and everything about what they did, what they put in etc was explained to me. I have not seen a company put forth so much extra attention to details in forever. This is the only company I will be using and if you are reading this please do not waste your time on any other company. Affordable Air Inc is the only company worth your time.- Michelle C.

ACOMFORT SOLUTIONS INCFurnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. The noise returned, and we will have Eric install the replacement in a couple of days. We are happy to be repeat customers because he was professional, prompt, and helpful during the first visit.- Bill H.

AEcono-West Heating & Air IncAfter checking reviews on multiple A/C and heating companies, I chose to go with Econo West due to positive reviews and military discount. My A/C was not working and it was found that my circuit board needed to be replaced. After receiving quote from Econo, I called multiple other A/C companies and got similar or higher quotes. They completed the work in a few hours and then have me a military discount of 10%. The work was impeccable and the Technicians were very polite.. The big reason for the 5 star review is a few weeks later the weather got really cold and I tried turning my Heater on and it wouldn't ignite. They certified my A/C system but did not check my heating system. I called and was told that they don't normally check another system when doing repairs but they agreed that sometimes a electrical issue could cause issues with the heating system. Econo West sent out 2 techs within a few days and replaced a part and labor for free and really didn't have too! Complete separate issue but still did not charge us due to the hassle. I had another heating company come check the issue before Econo came and they said it was the same part. They are honest and fair with pricing but best of all they do the RIGHT thing. -Michael D, Lancaster, CA- Michael D.

AMy Central Air Conditioning went down during the recent hot spell. I figured I would have to replace the whole system. It is 30 years old. They came out, and discovered that the condenser fan had failed. They put a new fan in, and it has been running ever since. I will have them replace my entire system this winter. Thank you, Ed G.

AWe chose NRG for our solar installation. Everyone we worked with (especially Gemma and Leila) was incredibly helpful and responsive along every step of the process. They responded to emails and texts within a day or two at the most, but usually within a couple of hours. They were patient and very helpful with all of the questions we had (and we had many!), and they were happy to coordinate with other contractors that were doing work on our house at the same time. We did a fairly detailed analysis of the quality, cost, efficiencies, and expected lifetime of the equipment that NRG proposed compared to other companies, and we are confident that they provided the best equipment at the best cost. The installers that came to our house were very professional, worked quickly, and the system was up and running within hours - very impressive. We passed our inspection with no issues and the whole process was completely painless! We are very impressed with the services and products provided by NRG and would wholeheartedly recommend them to family and friends!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
