    Fantastic job, great price, life changing outcome! Jason went so far above and beyond what is normally included in this kind of job. He pulled out all the tubing and hoses to all my HVAC equipment, cleaned and washed out everything (took an hour!) and then put it all back. My sinus "infection" cleared up that night! It turns out it was the mold and dust in my system that was causing it. As for the AC condenser job, it couldn't have gone better. He found a good option, came over quickly, put in the new condenser, made sure it all worked, and I haven't had a problem in almost 2 years. I also had him over to look at my heating, and he recommended a new thermostat. He put in WIFI-ENABLED thermostat! How life changing is that! I can now control every aspect of my HVAC system from anywhere, from any device. It's ... I can't tell you how fantastic. Jason is the most professional, reputable, knowledgeable service person I've ever encountered. Use him, or you lose!

    The service went well. The tech was personable and friendly. He went about his business in a very professional manner. But other things that happened combined to annoy me with this company that had nothing to do with the service being performed. My first attempt to make an appointment was not input into the appointment system and I was left waiting for a service that was never to happen. So, I called to find out what happened and ended up making another appointment. This time the tech was on another job and couldn't leave because the clients a/c wasn't working and the client was an elderly person. He apologized and offered to still come by but a bit later than planned. I agreed to this but it turned out to be much later than planned so I ended up canceling the attempt to come by because it was so late in the day. The third attempt at an appointment was successful and the service was performed. I was happy. But when I went to pay for the service I presented a coupon from their website for a discount on "service". But the tech couldn't take the coupon because he said that this was not a was a "maintenance". A service, he explained, is basically where a repair was performed. Now they did have a coupon for a "tune-up" on their website. And this was explained to be where the annual maintenance was performed on either the a/c or heater but not both. So, a service is a repair and a tune-up is a maintenance. OK then......I got it. Live and learn.

    Above All Heating and Air Conditioning

    I was having problems with condensation creating a river in my garage from the A/C unit.  Pete, the owner of Above All came out to perform the work.  Due to my work scheduling conflicts I had to schedule an appointment on a specific day and he was able to accommodate me.   He first told me some possible reasons for the problem and solutions.  After checking the pressure of the coolant he determined that the drain that usually evacuates the condensation from the unit had a blockage and needed to be blown out.  I had told him that we had not had a service in over 6 years.  He easily could have sold me that my unit needed a recharge, or a supplement to the charge I currently had, which i was expecting since we had not had the unit serviced in over 6 years.  He also noticed a flaw in the way the drain for the condensation was configured. After blowing out the drain and fixing the configuration it works perfectly. I could not be happier with the service provided.  Pete also cleaned the condenser unit which was sorely needed.

    They arrived on time to the scheduled appointment. Initially, we thought that it had a leak and the copper pipe needed to be repaired. They completed a nitrogen test. They said that a compressor needed to be replaced in the unit. There was a charge of about $225 for the test and if we choose to have them complete the replacement, they will credit. They were very nice to deal with. We have not moved forward with the repair as of yet.

    My A/C unit is old and on it's way out.  I want to get one more summer use out of it.  I called Jerry because I used him in the past.
    I told him I can't afford a whole new system at this time.  He understood.  I told him I might just need a boost of freon.  He did not try to upsell me a new unit as another company did in the past.
    He sent out Sean and Duncan the same day I called.  Like Jerry, Sean and Duncan were very professional with an added touch of personality.  I asked Sean many questions and he took the time to explain the answers to me in laymans terms.  I never felt like they were trying to rush through the job and move on to the next call.
    After they left, Jerry followed up with a phone call to check up on things. This company is the real deal.  I will not hesitate to recommend or use them in the future.

    Alan arrived on time for the appointment.  He was very knowledgeable and was great at showing you exactly what he thought needed to be done.  He let me know if it was something I could hold off a bit longer (money is tight) and showed me several ways to save money!

    I called and set-up an appointment and it was not an emergency call since the weather was cooler that week.  They showed up on the day expected and checked out the problems.  I was advised of the costs and they came back as scheduled and finished the entire job within 4 hours.  They had five people come out so the job went smooth and quick.  They all introduced themselves when they arrived and they were polite and cleaned up their mess when they left.

    He was punctual, thorough, and friendly. He pointed out a few things that needed to be dealt with. Our unit is 17 years old and pulls too many amps. We knew something was wrong, as our monthly electric bill in the summer is over $500, and that is keeping the house at 76. We need a new unit, and Mr. Forsberg is the one we want to do it. He suggests, doesn't press, and seems very honest.

    I'd like to take the time to thank Amber Air Conditioing for their honestly! We were told be another A/C company that our A/C system need to be replaced. We wanted a second opinion so my husband and I decided to give Amber Air Conditioing a try. The service tech was so nice and professional. He told use that the capacitor needed to be replaced. It was a simple repair. Amber Air Conditioning is amazing they saved us thousands of dollars and with this economy every cent is precious. We would highly recommend Amber Air Conditioing.
