  • I had the surgery at the outpatient surgery center near the House Ear Institute in Orange. (That place is also fabulous, but that's another review!!)  Dr. Goddard is a very caring, concerned and empathetic surgeon.  My husband was particularly concerned, but he was reassured by Dr. Goddard's professionalism and knowledge.  The surgery went well.  I had very little post surgical pain.  And the good news is that I can now hear out of that ear!  I had hearing almost immediately after the surgery.  I am very pleased.

  • They are very efficient and timely.  They can spend time with us.  It is sort of a big practice, but it's is easy to get appointments.  The doctor is knowledgeable and has time to see me.

  • I went in for an annual physical approximately April 2012. In waiting room about3 to 5 minutes
    Then to Dr. Hatfield's office where we talked about my health.  From there to room where nurse took my blood. 
    then to x-ray and then a test of  my blood flow. Then to take an ekg and back to dr's office. Dr. Hatfield said he would
    call me next day to tell of test results. Next day he call to say everything ok.
    He is very good about communicating with me.

  • I've always had good service with them. We have a good primary doctor and their service is all right there, so you can go straight down and do your blood work or lab work, on anything done in that same facility. The doctors, workers and everybody there are friendly and personal with you. I had to go get blood work done and it's right there in the facility for you. You don't have to go - you just go down the hallway to get your blood work done.

  • see above answer......basically, the doctor lied as he promised my daughter and myself when we brought the billing error and subsequent verbal harrassment and threats by his bill collector to his attention.  He said he would take care of the situation.  He also said not to bother showing up at the court hearing as nothing would come of it.  Ultimately I had to pay him (the doctor) for the entire procedure as the letters continued, with a threat to garnish my son in law's wages.  A shocking example of greed and immorality. not expected out of a doctor.  At the time we contemplated turning him in, or going to the paper with the story. My daughter has lupus and was too ill to do battle, and so we let the whole debacle go, and I paid the bill which was over $3,000. This ongoing bill battle went on over a year.

  • We like him very much.  He’s very knowledgeable and very caring.  He has a large crowd following and so it’s hard to get a time with him.  We don’t think he’s looking for any new patients.  The overall experience is excellent.  It’s difficult to get an appointment with him.  His punctuality would be his weakest area probably.  The office environment is very fine.  The staff friendliness is excellent.  His bedside manner is excellent and his communication is very good.  He’s done a very good job with us.  We’ve had no problems at all with the billing and administration.

  • I see Dr. Jafari about 4 times a year.  I found him at a seminar at a hospital and he specializes in heart conditions for women.  I like that he specializes on those differences of symptoms and issues that may arise.  He's always very attentive, responsive and very good at explaining things.

  • Dr. Lau treated my husbnd earlier this year, and I was impressed with his competence, his thoroughness, and his bedside manner.  Additionally, the nurses at Presbyterian Hospital, where my husband was hospitalized, told me Dr. Lau was absolutely "the best there was".   They were lavish in their praise of him.

    When it was time for my colonoscopy, I decided to have Dr. Lau perform it.  I found Dr. Lau, his office staff, and the staff at the center where the colonoscopy was performed to be caring, competent and top notch.  My husband and I will definitely return there for any additional tests and treatment,

  • He is very thorough. He is so knowledgeable and makes sure that everything you question has a follow through answer. Anything he recommends me to do, he checks to see that I have done it. He takes his time with each patient so the wait may be long.

  • As a 20 year old I had a bout of Graves disease which was when my thyroid started overreacting. At the time we were in the military and I had it treated, but it is something for which you have to take thyroid medication daily. I wanted someone who is board certified and that's why I looked for him specifically. I have used him a little over 10 years. I have been extremely happy with his service and his office. Everything about the relationship has been very satisfactory. I made my husband go to him too.
