ASo Cal Builders & Design IncOur experience with Suj and So Cal Builders & design was very pleasant. They executed a high quality upgrade to our prior home before we sold/upgraded. We did not want anyone else to renovate our new house. Every step of the remodel was handled in a timely manner. ASOD Home GroupI recently purchased a fixer, and I wanted to rebuild everything and to place it back in the market for sale. The project included removing all the interior up to the studs and to change also the layout so it will have a large open space and modern.I got 6 estimates when trying to find a contractor to do a large project, and this was my first sign that Oren and SOD Home Group were a step above all the rest. The other estimates came as a price estimate through a text message and via phone calls, and nothing more. Oren completed a full scope-of-work in the contract, while paying attention to my wants and needs for the work. He presented the 3D design contract in a branded folder with additional forms and instructions and went over it with me for several hours. Oren set the expectation of what materials I needed to purchase and what he would supply at the onset and pointed me toward where to purchase many high-quality materials at a good price. If I had questions about pricing or materials, he was available via phone, text or facetime to consult and let me know if I should purchase it or if he could find a better price for a similar product.Once the work began, it proceeded quickly and Oren handled all the coordination from start to finish. His wonderful teams were thorough and polite while on site, answering all my questions and taking my requests or suggestions into consideration. End result- the new house looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier. I’m a real estate agent so I work with a lot of different contractors and I can tell you most of them are horrible. SOD Home Group pays attention to the business and customer relations aspects, not only the work to be done, and that means a lot to me. ASOD Home GroupWe hired SOD Home Group for a full home remodeling, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Within a couple days of contacting them, Oren and his designer were at our house taking measurements and putting together all of their ideas. I think they came over 3 times for about several hours each, completely free before we approved and signed the project. The spent time and extra attention was THE main reason we felt good about moving forward with SOD Home Group.The overall process took longer than expected, but nearly all the delays were waiting on the city for permits or appliances delayed because of Covid.Each and every worker at the teams that came to the house wore masks and always laid out protective plastic and paper as to not damage any personal items. The workers were all super friendly and always cleaned up after each day.My wife and I changed our mind a few times throughout the remodeling, and it was always well received by Oren and the office staff. We even received a couple changes complimentary because Oren was so generous.Overall, we are beyond happy with the final remodeling product we got and our new home looks stunning and it has made the most used rooms in our house 100x more enjoyable to be in. ASOD Home GroupOren was the best! He came by in August to look at the house and give an estimate & we clicked right away. Very calm and competent and a straight shooter, he gave us a ballpark & the written estimate was pretty close to what we had discussed. The SOD Home Group team demolished basically the whole house, remodeled two bathrooms, installed a new floor around the house, added new stairs and finished the upstairs room, installed HVAC, and completely rewired and replumbed the whole house in 4 months! VERY fast, in my experience! All problems that popped up, and there are always problems that pop up with even small remodels were handled quickly and to our satisfaction; even the ones that were caused by vendors/delivery companies! These guys are more expensive upfront than many contractors, but they did not go over the expected budget (setting aside project creep-my fault- and the unexpected- see having rewiring the house above) and the job was completed quickly and with no "shortcuts" that you might experience with someone else to keep costs down. If you value up-front pricing and honest work, you'd do well to give SOD Home Group a call for an estimate.- Marla L.

I'm always impressed by the quality of work that Guy and his team at Supreme demonstrate -- and very pleased that they are able to live up to the timeline that he commits to. They are able to work well and quickly, and at a fair price. This is a big project for us, but Guy has walked us through each step so we know what we need to do. This is the second time we have worked with Guy and he has delivered well on both projects he has worked on with us. ACavalier Builders IncWow, where do I even begin. David and his crew are amazing, he went above and beyond our expectations and we can't thank him enough. We needed to quickly convert our garage with attached bonus room to a 2 bedroom ADU for a friend in need during the pandemic and David made sure to do everything in his power to get her and her son moved in quickly under very difficult circumstances with the city being shut down. We can't believe it's the same area, and quite honestly, it's nicer than our house! During the process, David truly became like family to us and we are so grateful for everything he did. AWe have used US Home Developers before, and had them remodel our bathroom and scrape/resurface our acoustic ceilings in three rooms. Everything turned out very well. The shower was completely redone and modernized, and we are pleased with the result. Kris kept us informed every step of the way. The workers were very conscientious with masks and social distancing. Finally, we are very happy with the updates to the lights and fan in the bathroom. We would highly recommend US Home Developers for any project, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

AKris and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group came through a recommendation from a friend whom had previously hired him. I had seen the quality of his work and knew that in addition to wanting the end product to be beautiful and high quality, I also wanted the security in knowing that they would take care of every step along the way so that we would never be worried if it would get done on time and how it would ultimately turn out. They were 100% the right choice. Kris and team communicated regularly, showed up when they said they would, communicated any changes in a timely manner, collaborated on creative decisions, and made the process as painless as possible. In the end, they finished on time and we love our new kitchen. They are not the least expensive choice but any difference in price with a competitor I believe was well worth it because of the quality and overall experience we had. Highly recommend and would hire again.

ALooking for estimates to remodel a bathroom from tub to walk-in shower, we contacted this company. Shlomi came out for a feee estimate, he was courteous and professional. He noticed right away that our bathroom was too small for the type of remodel we were looking to do, legally. He took all the measurements to confirm his suspicion. He explained the rules for a permit remodel, which none of the other contractors we contacted mentioned. Thanks to Shlomi we most likely avoided a troublesome remodel. Highly recommend this contractor for their honesty and forthrightness. Thank you!

FMatt, the owner, is a nice guy, however, he rarely returns phone calls or texts. Left many tasks unfinished, Installed a door that doesn't shut, installed a planter that is pulling out of the wall, left drywall unpatched inside our house, didn't finish installing a roof vent and now that we spent a lot of money painting our house we have no confidence in the warranty since he will not return phone calls or texts.

AWell, obviously I had to go over my original budget. My total spend on the house was $900,000. Honestly, in my opinion and the opinion of many of my friends who lived through the renovation with me, I believe I got $2 million dollars worth of remodeling for that $900,000. That’s how good Sami is. I love my new home and Sami did not cheap-out on anything. Knowing the situation I was in he worked with me every step of the way. Even doing some things at cost because as he used to say “I want you to feel you got the home you wanted.” If you hire ATM, and I recommend you do or at least give them a chance to bid on your project, I offer the following thoughts about remodeling in general, ATM and Sami: 1. Remodeling a home is as stressful and painful as every one says it is. At least for me I felt that my contractor was “on my side” the whole time. I was a friend to Sami, not his enemy. (I say this because Sami did not do the landscaping and the contractor I hired to do that part treated me like an enemy the minute he got the job. Stole my deposit money and never did the work). With ATM I was more likely to owe them money than the other way around. 2. Things do go wrong on renovations, especially of old homes and especially ones that are in poor shape like mine was. Whenever something went wrong Sami would take my calls and come out right away to see the problem and have it fixed right then and there or the next day. The man stands by his work and unlike other contractors I’ve dealt with who don’t take your phone calls, or play fast and loose with the truth, Sami was a man of his word and always showed up to make things right. This is invaluable in a contractor. 3. Be prepared for the project to take longer than you think. Don’t ask me why, but things are found to not be stable, and have to be fixed before the “decoration” work can be done. Or permits take longer to acquire than you hoped. I often got impatient during mr remodel but I realize now that Sami wanted everything to be perfect and to have permits for everything to avoid trouble for me later when I go to sell the house. 4. Sami is a gentleman through and through. When things looked bleak and my budget had gone up and things weren’t going as fast as I’d like I could always count on Sami to say “I want you to have the house of your dreams. Sometimes that takes time.” Well, Sami delivered on his promise. He’s the real deal. I adore my new home and it looks amazing.
