We had a new roof installed prior to adding solar to our house. During the removal of the old roof, the fascia (hardy) was damaged (chipped, cracked) in multiple locations and no attempt was made to fix/repair or address. The roof is leaking from the area around the roof mounted AC/heating unit (which was in place at the time of the roof install). Five of 6 gutter runs that were installed are sloped such that water goes to the opposite side of the downspout. The hardware that was used to attach the brackets holding the gutter downspout to the house are inappropriate for our siding (hardy) and have pulled out. The gutter downspouts were cut to allow angle and caulked and now leak. We contacted the business and they have not addressed the noted problems.

    Sierra Vista Maintenance
These guys are as professional as it gets. Kelly and his team worked non-stop and didn't miss the slightest detail. Our windows look amazing!!! And not just the windows... clean screens, vacuumed tracks, it is all done and makes a huge difference in how the house feels and looks. For the honest, efficient, and meticulous job they did... it was a bargain. Worth every penny. Thank you until next time!

Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning, Inc
Great. Wade arrived on time after calling a bit earlier to tell us he was on his way. He did a great job of cleaning the gutters and removing a surprising amount of moss. I will definitely use Master's again and ask for him.

Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning, Inc
Brian H and Travis showed up on time....i needed the gutters cleaned and they also placed a pigeon spike on one of the ledges for me.
i have had Solar panels on the East side of my roof for 2 years now and had no idea pigeons had built nests. They cleaned the gutters out and i had tremendous amount of mud build up due to the pigeons.   They cleaned up around the house with the air blower since i had chunks on my back patio and surrounding the front.   Since i dont have a long ladder, they also placed a pigeon spike on a location that was missing one.   i had pigeon spikes on home for over 4 yrs but a section had fell off and i just supplied the material.

Overall they showed up on time and did a fantastic job on gutter & roof.    Cleaned up and the pricing was great.
We will be using Masters again in the future and will refer to Friends or Neighbors.  i definitely encourage anyone who has solar panels to have them clean out gutters and blow off roof.   i will be calling my solar provider to see if some kind of netting can be placed so this doesn't occur again with pigeons..

    Curb Appeal
Steve from Curb Appeal did a great job. He quoted us a fair price and had all of the charges listed in his estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. He patched all of our leaks on our porch roof and fixed our torn flashing. He also added new flashing along the side of our roof to prevent rodents from entering the attic. We had him also repair some of our eves and remove our old gutters. He was honest and did a very professional job. He cleaned up his mess and hauled away our old gutters. I plan on using him again.

    Barrett Construction
Barrett is an honest, hard-working contractor who is consistently thinking about the project and offering ideas on how to best match a homeowners sometimes unrealistic expectations with what can actually happen.  Barrett worked with my wife and I to transform a leaky-roofed patio room with no insulation into a modern, insulated room that is now the room we've always wanted.  Barrett worked with us through a number of issues that were literally uncovered after demolition.  With every idea we had came the pro/con sides and left us making far better decisions about our new "great" room.  He is a one-man operation, so we did have a longer than average time without our room, but considering the crazy estimates we were given by a general contractor, it made sense to hire Barrett and find other contractors to repair the roof and hang/texture the drywall.
Pros:  reliable, honest, good eye, trustworthy, fair price, flexible, precise cuts, pride in work
Cons: one-man operation (speed), he's not a plumber/roofer-- just ask him and he'll tell you!

Ric showed up on time the same day I contacted him regarding a leak in my tile roof. He took pictures of the problem area, explained the issue causing the leak, and made the repairs all within 1 hours time. Great job, timely service, fair price. Very pleased.

Initially, a representative came out to the house and gave a reasonable estimate, so far so good, hired the company and scheduled the repair. The following week, I waited more than 2 hours for the repair crew/person, no call from the company, I called them and they said a job took longer than expected. Ok I understood, so we rescheduled for last week March 12, date was confirmed, then that day after the scheduled time I get a call regarding a personal issue with the company, they would have to reschedule. Ok I understood again, rescheduled for today 19 Mar, tech calls, he is on his way, 20 minutes after the scheduled show time, he texts an says a family issue came up and I would have to reschedule.
While I understand problems do arise, 3 times is unacceptable. While this company might be quick to do inspections and  estimates, my personal experience is that this is the only thing they might do on time. If a company cant value my time or schedule its resources accordingly that's not the customers problem. Keep in mind I used valuable time off to be home for the repairs and address issues that may have come up during the repair.
I do not recommenced using this company based on my experience.

Setting up the appointment was honestly like pulling teeth.  I couldn't get a callback for a few days and even had to follow up myself 2-3 times.  That being said, when the actual roofer came out to examine my roof, he was great.  He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. I was given an estimate right away and was able to have him perform the work 3 business days later. He showed up 7am (on the dot) and was gone by 1030am.  The work looks great and I couldn't be happier.  Despite the initial problems with the phone people, I would go with them again without hesitation.

Art gave us an estimate and when we decided to go with him to install our roof, the actual cost came very close. The main difference was that we decided to add a solar tube and different fascia. Speaking of the fascia, I was hesitant at first to get the 2x8 fascia with 1x3 trim as Art suggested, because it was more expensive. He assured me I didnt need it but that it would offer extra support as well as look better. Im glad I listened to him. That seemingly small touch really makes the roofline look super. Art was patient and spent time with us, discussing what would happen. His crew worked hard and answered any questions we had. His wife, Judy, was very attentive via email and also answered all my questions and kept me updated as the install date approached. This was the biggest home improvement project my husband and I ever completed so we were kind of nervous. We are both relieved and happy that the roof is done and have even noticed the house stays cooler.
