AHeavy LiftersLarry and his team arrived on time ready to work. Unfortunately they weren't able to load the antique safe onto their truck. He called around and found a truck with a lift gate. And they were able to get everything loaded and delivered the next day. He was so apologetic that he was inconvenienceing me. He was thoughtful, respectful, and willing to call around for a truck that eould work. I will definitely keep his number handy.- Connie F.

AMake Your Move FolsomI realized day before move in that I needed help. Kevin from Folsom was quick to offer help. He said they would have 3 guys to meet me for the truck unload. I they were able to unload nearly packed box truck in just over a 1:30hr and took great care with my stuff. I plan to use them again to load, transport and unload for my next move from an apartment to my future house.- Mike B.

AHeavy LiftersThis was a small move with a couple of big items. Larry and his nephew showed up on time, they were polite and willing to do more. They made quick work of the heavy 8 foot couch up and down the stairs. I highly recommend Heavy Lifters for any of your moving needs.- Andrea M.

AAwesome company!! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move from high rise in San Francisco to antioch. They were very easy to work with , extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They packed my fragile pics, lamps, tv and wrapped everything in blankets. The movers were uniformed friendly careful and experienced. Very impressive! Very happy, thanks guys!! AI have moved twice with NorthStar Movers: once from LA to Irvine and once within Irvine. I was super happy that we used NorthStar in both cases. The movers were efficient, careful and polite. Nothing got damaged during either move, and moving day was stress free. Ron Cohen was our estimator for the moves, and he gave us good advice about where we could sensibly save money in preparing for moving day and what things were best left to the movers. After our first move with NorthStar, I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill as we had gotten estimates from other companies that were significantly higher.

FThe character that called me took about 10 minutes to explain why he and his workers would NOT comply with CDC or State of CA mandates regarding COVID. At the end of his rant, I calmly said, "Do you know who you're taking to?" I am a former VP of American Medical Response--the largest provider of EMS services in the U.S. -- we provided the medical care on 9/11 and our folks are back in the middle of the COVID crisis. I'm the co-founder of a medical device company providing monitoring of COVID patients. This is NOT a hoax; it's NOT a joke. All of these movers need to comply -- protect their workers and clients.

AGreatttttttt...they ate the greatest movers I had EVERRRRR had...and i use to move alot...Eric and Mason were truly angels in disguise...very professional...compassionate...kind...very careful...just all the more ...then we thought we could get. ASierra Valley Moving and Storage were incredible to work with. Paul and Ray the owners were involved from start to finish. Ray came and gave us an estimate on both the cost and the amount of time the move would take, and Paul followed up after the move to see how things went. Everyone was prompt, professional, courteous and understanding. We had some drama which I felt terrible about but the moving crew didn't bat an eye and just focused on their work. I was incredibly impressed and so grateful to everyone from the movers to the office staff for helping us out in a pinch. Everyone was mindful of Covid-19 and were masked and maintained social distancing, despite having to move heavy equipment down several flights of stairs. I don't know how I would have gotten through this sudden forced move if I didn't have Sierra Valley Moving to help me out. They will be my first call if I ever have to move anything again!! They deserve all the praise they receive and more. Thank you Paul, Ray and all the crew at Sierra Valley Moving and Storage!
