    Mike Wingo Plastering
I am extremely pleased with the outcome 4 of plaster repairs on my mother-in-laws house in West Los Angeles. Mike Wingo completed the $1000 job exactly on the date promised and held to his price estimate. Thanks Mike. Left no mess. If he has a backlog and you have to wait, it is because he is really good IMHO. Exterior part of the job in the picture; there was more work inside too.

E.Z and his team provided extremely professional, thorough service. Our bathroom looks just like the design E.Z. made for us! He originally estimated that the project would take three weeks due to the mold removal. Instead, he and his crew finished it earlier. Throughout the process, E.Z. was very communicative about what would need to happen and what was the next step. Luckily, the only side effect we experienced was great work. It's a relief to know that we've got a trustworthy, reliable source for our future renovation. I highly recommend using them!

We had an excellent experience.  Robert showed up at the scheduled time for the estimate and was both professional and pleasant.  The day the work was done, Robert showed up early and finished well within the estimated time   Throughout the project Robert was again, both extremely professional and also a pleasure to talk to,  I cannot say enough good things about this experience.

His crew was amazing and worked six days a week, extremely hard and made sure I was happy with the results and if not they corrected any problems.  BEST CREW EVER. The work took over 2 weeks which was expected. The work was started on 5/20 and completed on 6/4/13

    Precise Home Builders
Overall, we were very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, speed and honesty we received from Moshe and Precise Home Builders.  I would highly recommend Moshe and Precise.  Moshe is a businessman and also a General Contractor.  You could tell he knew what he was talking about when he made his pitch.  I thought his presentation was excellent and his 3D rendered drawing of the kitchen sold us on the job.

His foreman Gabi was excellent and very polite and forthcoming with information.  The overall quality was excellent of the job.  The Kitchen and Wood Floors were the best.  The floors came out brilliant and the kitchen was beautiful.   They volunteered a bunch of extras when we needed it.  On a couple of occasions, we asked for something and needed to pay the difference.

During this job, there were several hiccups, but Precise corrected any issue that came up immediately.  Even several months after the completion of the project, on two separate occasions, they came back to correct a couple minor problems that came up at no extra charge.  They were at the house fixing the problem within a day or two of calling them on the problem.

One of the biggest things I really appreciated from Precise is that they allowed me to work without disturbing me.  I have a very busy schedule and they were able to accommodate my schedule and meet with me during my times off.  Sometimes, this would be in the morning before work and sometimes in the evening.  Another thing was they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule.  They had originally estimated around 8 weeks, but they completed the project in about 6 weeks.

A few of suggestions to the potential client:
    1. Make sure you know (have a general idea) of you want to do in your project before you meet with Moshe.  Or, if not before, within few days after you meet with him. Moshe will meet with you several times before they present their offer.  Write down a list of all the items you need or think you need and make sure it is on Precise?s bullet list of items before you start the project.  You may consider having someone else look at the list that has had previous construction work done.    Moshe will try to come up with a list of everything he thinks you need for your project, but it is up to you to add things that may have been left off or remove things you don?t want.  If not, this could result in a change order later on.  If you sign, you will have a few days to go over the list and add/remove items on their list.
    1. They move real fast, so be prepared to make a lot of the payments real fast.  In the first two weeks of the project, we had to make approximately 60% of the payments.
    1. Also, make sure you make all your selections (additional purchases/orders) shortly after you sign.  Order everything you need from your end within the first few days of the project.  Some large appliance may need to be special ordered and could take 2-3 weeks.  This also includes doors, and other things too.  You will need to move fast too to keep up with Precise.

He was extremely knowledgeable in what the city required, how to fix the issues, and he was great at doing so.  he even fixed a few other things he noticed himself.  He has 1 helper and they both did a really good job.  We are very happy with their work and would use him again.

    Michael Keynan
I purchased a home that needed to be completely gutted out. I hired Michael and his partner Jagg (Legacy Construction) after Michael gave a good bid and promised to do quality control over all the work done by jagg who is the licensed contractor. I asked them both if they use subcontractors who are also licensed to do all the work..and they said yes. Well, that turned out to be false. First, Michael never showed up at the house to check on anything, and jagg used day labor to do most of the work. At a certain point Jagg felt that he wasnt making enough money on the job and stopped checking up on his workers. I turned out to be the quality control checker and had to be at the house literarily twice a day to catch mistakes as they were happening. Some examples were windows not centered, wrong size windows, wrong walls going up or coming down, things demo'd that should have not been. The final straw was when Jagg said he couldn't deliver the kitchen at the agreed upon price and handed me an invoice for $4k above the original price. At this point I fired him and hired someone else to finish up all his work. Jagg cuts so many corners that the new contractor had to gut out the entire bathroom and start fresh. Please don't use these guys, they really have no business doing any remodeling work.

    Southwest Construction & Home Improvement
Overall, we had a great experience. Josh was extremely responsive to our initial email inquiry, and we were able to schedule a bid right away. During the bidding process, he answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly, and in the end, came away with the most competitive bid. The actual work took about 2 weeks longer than was originally estimated (6 weeks rather than a month), due in large part to several complications with the permit process. The overall quality of the work was excellent. In particular, the installed tiles look fantastic and the exterior work on the window matches perfectly with the existing stucco in our building. Not everything went perfectly the first time around -- one of the subcontractors confused a "toilet topper cabinet" with a medicine cabinet, installing it in the wrong place and then painting around it. And the subcontractor who did the exterior work on the patio did not use a drop cloth, so there was stucco and paint everywhere. However, when I called Josh to let him know about those (and a few other minor) issues, he drove over to our place immediately, did a walk through, agreed to all the fixes, and they were completed the next day.

    CertaPro Painters of Sherman Oaks
Our experience with CertaPro began when we were referred to Ean (the owner). He came out and provided us with a thoroughly detailed estimate that took into consideration our budget and specific needs. As for the job itself, it turned out exactly as I was led to believe it would. Job very well done! For one thing, it was a pleasure seeing the same 3 faces on the job everyday for 8 consecutive days. This was a stark contrast to a previous painting experience we d had with another contractor. That job (which should ve taken a week), went on for 2 weeks. Additionally, the guys were clean and courteous and communication was not a problem (the lead painter spoke very good English). All in all, we were extremely satisfied with this job and would definitely recommend CertaPro.
