    Daniel Cordova Plumbing
Our technician, Marcus, was right on time and did a great job! The valves that were replaced were over 10 years old and covered with hard water corrosion. Marcus was very professional, explaining all aspects of the job. It was discovered that our sink fixtures suffered from excessive corrosion and Marcus replaced the fixtures as well. Marcus did a great job of cleaning up, and made sure he left all the manuals and paperwork that came with the fixture and valves. This is the second time we've used Daniel Cordova Plumbing and have been extremely satisfied with the service. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Daniel Cordova Plumbing!

    MC Construction And Design
We have done several remodels before including a $300K full house remodel back in 2015 that took 3 month and involved a Civil Engineer. So we are pretty experienced in dealing with contractors. Now, this is not the horror story where contractor takes your money and disappears. To be fair, MC Construction is a legitimate business. They will get the work done, eventually. But this process, oh man, I don't know where to even begin. Let's just say that my perfectionist Virgo husband used to have pretty severe OCD. This remodeling project cured him. All jokes aside, I rarely write bad reviews, but these people are reaching our limit of patience. I highly doubt how they got so many 5 star reviews. This is a $125K project. We signed the contract on 5/17/2018 and left plenty of time for it to be finished by 7/31 (At one time, they thought it'll be done by 7/10). Since I'm pregnant and due in Sept, they promised me everything will be done by 7/31 with 5 exclamation marks at the end. Now it's already 8/24 and we are still going through this trial and tribulation, living in a rental (3+ months now) with no end in sight. The project manager's name is Ron. To get the job, he would paint such a wonderful picture of how smoothly the project will go with him in charge. Oh how were we treated to surprises after surprises. Promise 1: All the workers working on our house will be the company's own crew. Promise 2: They will treat our house with the outmost respect. Everything will be protected. When their worker leaves by day's end, everything will be cleaned up Promise 3: The worker will come every day at 8 am and leave at 5 pm during week days until the project is finished. Promise 4: They will produce the highest quality of work. Ron claims that he is extremely detailed and that even my husband cannot be more detailed than him. What we got: 1. He subcontracted everything out: the painter, plumber, electrician, and carpenter. Most of them have barely worked with MC construction. Our project is either the first time that they used this carpenter 2. No dumpster was rented for construction waste. Our garage and driveway were their dumpster. We got repeated warning from our HoA. I kept telling them to remove the trash but nothing happened! My washer and dryer stored in the garage are now severely scratched and damaged. Someone even stepped on the dryer when using it as a ladder, leaving a huge dent. 3. At the beginning, we trusted Ron and didn't follow the progress closely. In July, we got worried and started to check the house 2-3 times a week. To our surprise, no one was there most of the week! I called Ron every day to try to get the updates. He always promises everything will be on track and then do NOTHING. There are 3 weeks with NO ONE working because of the ridiculous reason that they are waiting for the baseboard?!! Until we had a very uncomfortable conversation with Ron at end of July, things started to move a little faster. Maybe 2-3 days a week, you will get a full crew. The house is still not in livable condition. Lots of stuff missing and damaged! Toilet not installed. Today (8/24) the inspector came, and Ron is not there. My husband met the inspector and learned to our horror that we might not pass electrical inspection! 4. The job is SLOPPY. Everything had to be constantly adjusted. The paint on the barn door are full of bubbles and drips. They installed a prefab floating vanity crooked. One side is higher than the other by almost 1 inch! Ron first tells me that it is leveled. When we insisted, his guy adjusted only the backsplash to be level. Then it became even more obvious with a ~1" gap between the backsplash and the countertop on one side and no gap on the other. He just filled the gap with cement and tells us that there is nothing more he can do. After a long argument, he finally agreed to adjust the vanity. Any responsible contractor seeing such big screw-up and will automatically fix it. With Ron, we had to fight and argue With Ron, it is a combination of inexperience and EXTREME irresponsibility. To give an example, our rangerhood is installed crooked. Ron told us on 8/21 that we have to wait 6 days to get it fixed because the handyman who did the job is on vacation and he already paid him. Wow! With 21 days over a 2 month project, any responsible contractor's first priority would be to finish the work. No one is monitoring the project. Ron would come at most 2 days/wk. And stay perhaps 2 hrs. Whenever we see him, he's either on the phone or working on his computer. No one is checking the works. The subcontractors are just managing themselves. Things go missing all the time. The plumber couldn't install the wall-hung toilet because of missing parts. He had to look everywhere and found them in the trash can! Now, my husband don't go to work anymore. Instead, he goes to the house everyday to manage the workers and hope they can get it done ASAP.

Unlike some other plumbers that we interviewed, Henrik employs a comprehensive re-piping plan which includes all new valves (emergency shut off valves), new pressure regulator, new sink hose connections and patching of holes. This feature attracted us to Henrik the most. In addition, Henrik insulated all hot water pipes to increase efficiency, a detail not originally included in new house construction. Also, other plumbers estimated that our re-pipe would take 5 6 days to complete. Although Henriks original estimate was for 1 to 2 days to complete our home, we were lucky to have a whole team of six installers working on our house who installed new piping within just one day! While researching potential plumbers to re-pipe our home, I found Henrik had received high marks and customer satisfaction on several web sites including Angies List, Home Advisor and Yelp. A company, such as Henrik, that almost exclusively does nothing but re-piping, both commercial and residential, develops expertise in this plumbing specialty which is reflected in the high quality re-pipe job on our home. The patching crew also did an excellent job with patching. We were impressed with their whole work product. In their customer satisfaction survey form, Henrik goal is to exceed their customers expectation. We can state unequivocally that Henrik exceeded our expectations. We received very good value for our money! From the beginning of the process, from the estimators detailed walk through, to the final phase of patching, Henrik Plumbing acted professional, courteous and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience. It gives us peace of mind to know we have a "lifetime of the home" guarantee and a 50 year warranty on the thicker copper pipe.

    Creative Home Remodeling Group Inc.
Our 30-year-old kitchen and bathroom was crying for help to be taken out of the 80s. We desperately needed to make renovation not only to our kitchen and bathroom, but to our backyard and the outside of our house. Working with Creative Home Remodeling has been an exceptional experience from the moment of signing to making the last payment. Max, our project manager, has been so attentive to all our needs and has always responded promptly. Norm, the head contractor, was so knowledgeable and truly knows his craft. He answered our questions thoroughly and gave us suggestions when they found some problems behind the walls. All the workers who came were trustworthy and so diligent with their work. They even took the time to help me pick out colors and make design decisions as they were working. They were meticulous with their work because they took pride in the finished product. The most impressive part was they finished within the week of Maxs deadline. Everyone came in like clock-work pushing to make sure we were back in our kitchen as soon as possible. The cost of all my projects was reasonable considering how much they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job. But if this is your first time having professionals do your renovations, be sure to account for the cost of the extrasappliances, faucets, handles, etc. And if youre doing a kitchen, account for the cost of eating out. Other than that, we are so happy with our renovations. I highly recommend them if you needed some hand-holding during a big project on your house. They do honest business and they will definitely take care of you. As soon as we save up more money, well be calling them to do other projects on our house.

Kelly is very professional, returns your calls quickly, leaves everything clean. Kelly has done several plumbing jobs for me including replacing main water shutoff valve, sprinkler shutoff valve, fixed 2 botched bathroom faucet installations from well known hardware store, installed 2 new toilets, replaced shower and bathtub faucets.

Drainco was assigned by my home warranty service. They came when promised, and resolved the issues in my home quickly and professionally. One item was a slow shower drain that had been a problem for months... and my typical plumber said nothing could be done about it without fully ripping out the shower floor and digging to the clog and replacing the pipe. The Drainco team cleared that clog for me... actually wouldn't stop until they were done. I thought I should post this as I am currently awaiting another plumber who was assigned by my home warranty service (for a different issue) and discovered very few positive reviews for warranty service assigned plumbers. With that in mind I thought I should share a positive experience. NOTE: In contacting my home warranty service I actually requested Drainco to be my service provider, only to discover that they cannot do that. I thought that it would be important to share that I'd hire them again.

    Landers Plumbing
Our longtime regular plumber had retired since our last plumbing need, so I decided to go with the top rated plumber listed on Angie's List for our area. Greg was just finishing a job in nearby Glendora and told me he'd be at my place within a half hour - he arrived right on time! He spent about 45 minutes working on these two drains - they're now draining better than ever! Big wads of hair were removed from both drains. Greg will be our regular go-to guy for all our future plumbing needs!

    SoCal Plumbing & Rooter Inc
This is the second time I needed plumbing assistance and didn't think twice about calling SoCal Plumbing back to correct more issues found from the shoddy work from Drain Rite. Joseph and his crew are always polite, professional and thoroughly immersed while on the job.

    SCP Plumbing Inc
Here is what I wrote to the owner: Good morning Eric. Congratulations on having such a fine crew to restore the plumbing of my home to pristine condition. Luis and the crew could have not been more courteous, respectful and professional toward me and my home. It was reminiscent of the camaraderie I experienced with my fellow rocket scientists back in the early days of space exploration in the 1950s and 1960s. There was the right amount of banter and kidding for a bunch of guys on an assignment, with the crew operating like a well rehearsed drill team and each member knowing what and when to apply their experienced, capable skill to the work at hand. I am very expectant that this coating will solve my pipe corrosion problem and am feeling relieved of the worry from the time bomb sense of not knowing when, where and how damaging the next leak would be. I am spreading the word of your company and wish you luck with your business. Lynn Glover

    ePIPE/Pipe Restoration, Inc.
After checking out pex pipe replacement as well as e-piping, I decided to go with epipe/Pipe Restoration Inc. because of the less traumatic and non-invasive procedure. I do not regret my decision. Compared to jack hammering the concrete slab for repair, or opening several walls and ceilings for re-piping, the e-piping was a piece of cake. The crew was very efficient, never got tired of answering all of my questions, was polite and, most importantly, cleaned up well after finishing the job. Before starting work, they put plastic throughout the house and during the entire process they worked without hardly ever taking a break. I had both, the hot and cold water pipe system restored, and even though the price was a little higher than the estimates I received for Pex-repiping, e-piping pipe restoration was well worth it, as it is saving on reconstructing the concrete floor, additional dry walls and ceilings, down time and inconvenience. I can, in good conscience, recommend Pipe Restoration Inc. without hesitation. They also replaced several outside hose bibs, water supply lines and shut off valves.
