    I cannot say how pleased I am with the service of this company. We had an awesome technician (Xavier) who quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. After the repair part was ordered and received, Xavier returned to install it. He also fixed the refrigerator door that wasn't closing properly, cleaned the refrigerator coils and leveled the refrigerator that had not been leveled properly at installation. Excellent service and excellent rates. I will definitely use this company again for any other large appliance repair.

    Jason, the owner/technician is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. It attempted to fix it and ended up ordering a part. When he came to install it the oven still wouldn't stay on. He ordered a new mother board in case the one we got was faulty. On his return visit he took all covered off and followed all the wiring. Come to find out it was loose wires. He spent a total of about 8 hours resolving the issue and only charged us for the first visit. Unbelievable ! He was courteous and takes his job and reputation very seriously!

    they were prompt and quick to diagnose and repair the problem. then the price. Leo charged me $171 labor for 20 minutes work. he arrived at 12:10 and left at 12:30. the part he replaced cost $30 from walmart he charged $300. I paid it because I had agreed to the $495 total not knowing what the repair entailed. these people are as dishonest as they come. I can only guess what Leo would have done to some elderly woman if he had the opportunity. the price would have likely been another $150 higher. there should be some way to put people like him out of business. the unit works fine now.

    Contacted them to replace an outdoor lamppost's on/dusk, off/dawn sensor. Replied by email that 'tomorrow will work', and I answered back ,' fine, let me know a time frame' . Never heard back from them. Waited all day. I finally emailed them back a week later and said I was no longer interested in hiring them.

    I had another company do it last time so I knew what to expect. However, this is one of the most unprofessional encounters I have had. The man was dressed sloppy. Wanted to argue the price after the price had been set before I agreed for them to come out. He was her probably 30 minutes total and did not provide near the level of standard maintenance as other have done. I would NOT hire this person again.

    Called Pro Tech on Friday afternoon.  Promised a tech out Saturday between 11 am to 1 pm.  Right on time, arrived a little before 11:30 am and was out of here by 11:50 am.  Seems like a lot of money for merely 15 min of actual labor; but I was happy to have my dryer back in good shape.  Tech also gave me a good tip about not washing shaggy rugs or latex back rugs in the washer as the backing breaks down and clogs the water pump.  Good advice and probably a money saver, too.

    I called and left a message about my dryer that has been acting up. I got a call back within 30 mins and explained the problem.The service tech suggested an alternative option to fix the problem that I try first, which would save me a heap of money and a service call. Very grateful for his integrity and advice, not just trying to make money. I will definitely call Coastal Appliance next time I need an appliance repaired.

    I called Alex on Wednesday for a dryer repair. His first appointment was Friday. He gave me a 3 hour window, and called prior to arrival. He came, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it (having the part on hand, even though it was a discontinued dryer). The entire transaction took 15-20 minutes. He was professional, explained the diagnosis, and left the area in clean condition.  I will use Alex again for other appliances.

    It was a great experience.  Terry responded to my call and was at my home within an hour.
    His work is professional and is extremely knowledgeable about ALL type of television repair.  I would recommend him in a heart beat and will use him in the future.  He uses only the original parts which I find to be very important.
