    The service is not effective as I noticed a week ago 1 cockroach in the house and this morning I saw another one. There is no warranty in the service, however they should have a warranty for $65 more. I would not use their service again.

    Kaden was very professional. He did a thorough walkthrough of our property to be sure of the right treatment for our bug problem. He listened to my concerns for only wanting to keep ants out of the house while being careful to leave spiders etc. alone as much as possible. I appreciate the amount of time he spent with us explaining treatment options. We ended up hiring Major League for our sister's home as well!

    That was a mess because it was right in front of my front door, not that I have any company. When I walked in and out my front it bugged me. They came quickly, they cleaned up. They did what they were supposed to do. Everything was great.I would use them again. I don't even have to be there. Once, I authorized them in they said I didn't have to be there. The area was free of pigeon stuff and before I noticed there was nothing there.

    I switch providers for my pest control needs and it was the best decision I made! Mike handled the service for me and he is great and Green Flash is lucky to have an employee like him. He was very thorough which I have never seen from my previous pest control company. Mike going into all the spots spiders and pest could be! Ever went through the patio furniture I have and behind my outdoor mini frig. I was very impressed and felt I was getting my money's worth. During just first inspection he knew he wanted to come back out and deal with my crazy amount snails and gophers! He is here today handling that and spraying a again too!!!

    The inspection showed poor work by a previous group before we bought our house. They have a process that claims to keep termites out for the life of the house and they also made a bid to repair the current damage. When we have more $ saved up, we plan to do the work.

    The initial quote process went smoothly. The work was scheduled to be done a week out. The technician who came to my home was unprofessional to the point I was uncomfortable being in my home. He left my furniture on its side in a haphazard fashion, my bed akimbo, and a piece of art had fallen off the wall--which he had to step over to leave the room--and did not say anything to me, pick it up, or anything. I found him to be sarcastic, demeaning, and condescending in how he spoke to me. The technician stated that the office would call me for a follow up inspection at two weeks. The office never called me for this follow up (they later said that the technicians should have scheduled when he was on site). I called Terminix to air my concerns as I wanted a different tech to come out, and they were responsive at that point. They said they would send someone else out, and we set a time for what was the three week mark. The technician showed up 90 minutes after the end of the window he was to arrive at. I understand that sometimes things go late, but there was no phone call to notify me. I was on my way out the door, so after talking and setting up an appointment for a few days later, he left. I received a follow up phone call confirming the new appointment. That day came, and no one showed up. Then over the course of approximately two weeks I left no less than 10 messages, attempting to get someone to deal with my concerns, perform the inspection, and talk to me about pricing. At one point when I complained that everyone's voice mail is full, an employee said "Yes, that's why we use emails" --though when I asked for a decision makers email, she said she wouldn't provide it to me. I'll leave out all the details here. Suffice to say that the lack of responsiveness and poor service continued with multiple people in the organization. At the end of it all, I made approximately 20 calls to Terminix, I did have the bedbugs successfully removed, and they gave me 25% off my service. Considering that I was moved out of my bedroom for 6 weeks during this process, had very rude behavior in my own home and had to regularly beg someone to actually respond to a voice message, I feel this is unacceptable and I will not use them in the future. I do want to state in fairness, that the bedbug removal does appear to have been successful. The second technician who came to my home was the antithesis of the first; he was thorough, professional, moved my furniture back where it belonged, spoke directly and answered my questions.

    There was not problems with the fumigation. The dry rot wood repair was not very professional. It looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The quality was terrible, especially the paint job. They came back and fixed part of the the bad repair section. They said they wouldn't fix the the rest of it. When they were tenting the house for the fumigation they damaged about 5 rows of siding. They said they would fix the siding "the next day" and never did. I spoke to them via phone several times and I was told they would take care of it. They still haven't came back to fix. I would like to have the siding and the dry rot repair to both be fixed.

    The service tech was in uniform and very professional.  He explained what he was going to do and where he was going to start and how long the process would take.  We ended up signing a deal with them to continue serves on a bi-monthly schedule.  When we noticed we were seeing more spiders than we would have liked (I understand that has been happening around town), I called them and they came out the very next day.

    I am a commercial property manager and hired Paul & Linda to inspect and then kill our termites.   I did competitive bidding and found their estimate to be best.  They paid attention to every detail along the process, from scheduling to clean up, there was no damage when they were done and I could not have been happier with every aspect of my experience with them.  These are good Christian folks, that know how to serve, how to do pest control and run their business; they are reliable and trustworthy.

    I had left a written version of this review after they did their work but I see it never got posted, so I am posting this on the web site a year latter.  

    Next time I need pest control, there is no question but that I will be calling Major League Pest Control and having Paul and Linda provide the service.
