When they employing CVR/CareMark for their medication I started having trouble. They would not sponsor a medication my doctor prescribed and I had to pay for it out of pocket. Additionally 2 years later they denied the coverage of another medication from my doctor. Other than that they are ok.

I sent in a renewal of blood pressure medication and they will not refill it until I have one or two pills left. I also wanted to refill another medication and they are requesting additional information before releasing it to me. My doctor recommend physical therapy and they did not approve it until a month or two later. Finally I had another medication that was needed that they would not approve at all.

He uses their pharmacy. They have other products like health and beauty, households, etc. So they have a lot of things there. We went there because my husband needed some prescription. They are local and close by to our residence. They accept our insurance, so we are able to get out medication discount and that is the extent of our interaction with them so far.

It was very quick and very efficient. The follow up was excellent. The doctor and staff were very responsive. Overall, we had very good care. We were really surprised because we don't really like Tri-City but we were pleasantly surprised.

Brian is a Godsend. From our first phone conversation, I felt at ease with Brian and was confident that he had my best interest in mind. He has walked me, step by step, through every detail of our insurance transition. He immediately returns calls and emails and seems to work around the clock. He is a wealth of information and puts the clients needs before his commission. He put together a plan that will suit our family perfectly at a MUCH cheaper rate.....he truly cares and wants to help....I would absolutely recommend his services. Brian is competent as well as compassionate and a very lovely person with which to deal.
I highly recommend Brian's services. We are now happily insured with a company that provides all that we had before BUT at 1/3 of the price. Thank you Brian.

I like everything about them.  I like the price and I can call and ask questions any time.  They have advised me on my prescriptions and have saved me money.  It’s never too much trouble to ask them a question, even if you’re not getting your prescription from them.

My experience with Aetna Health care and Dr.Sanjana Chaturvedi's office is as follows: I enrolled with Aetna in August 2007 for Dr. Chaturvedi to be my primary care physician (by the way I updated my address and phone online with Aetna around the same time and it was not done). Anyway, in Jan. 2009 I called Dr. Chaturvedi"s office to make an appointment and was told she isn't taking new patients, I explained I was already supposed to be a patient, just hadn't had an appointment yet....that is just the very beginning of the story! No, they wouldn't see me, and in not one, but 3 calls back to Aetna, each time but the last they supplied me with phone numbers for new primary care physicians who were supposedly accepting new patients, but upon calling I found out that they weren't. Also, on one of the calls I was told that if I change my primary cary physician, I would have to wait until April to use them .....WHAT!!!!!! This, after already explaining that my so-called primary care physician wouldn't accept me as a new patient. I spent fully 3 and a half hours on the phone today just simply trying to find a female physician who was indeed accepting new patients. 3 of the actual Aetna reps. were trying to help, but just didn't have correct info in front or them, one of the reps was indeed in the wrong field, he got mad at me when I expressed how frustrated I was and defended Aetna instead of solving the problem, he put me on a "hold for a supervisor" that no one ever picked up on. Now, back to Dr. Chutervedi, the original issue of not seeing me as a new patient, wasn't the issue for which I've chosen to put her name on this review. Here is part 2: I found out about 2 months ago, my friend was having a medical issue that came with a complete history of what it was and the medicine she took in the past to clear it up, she told the doctor all of this background info. (basically she already knew what was wrong and what to prescribe to fix it)....Well, Dr. Chaturvedi insisted on a pregnancy test even after my friend said that there was absolutely no way she could be pregnant. (We all know several ways to know for sure you aren't pregnant, right like duh, no s** with men?) Ok, no one was even listening, the response was like, "Oh, have you had a hysterectomy." Ok, so strike 2 no one would take her word that she couldn't be pregnant, but strike 3 came when my friend called for follow up info on the blood work done and the response was, everything is o.k. thats all bye-now.....meanwhile I'll spare you the details but my friend's condition wasn't one one where you just stop trying to find out the problem. Dr. Chaturvedi never did examine the condition in the same way as the previous doctor, despite being told that thyroid problems were to blame in the past. Luckily, my friend found a nurse practioner who both listened, and knew about the latest interpretation of thyroid results and she is now well and not hemorraging anymore.

They did nothing for me. Made various checks and sent me home with the same thing wrong. Their effectiveness is lousy.

I go there for the best prices.  They seemed very competent and very helpful.  The only downside is the longer wait than one might experience in the smaller pharmacy.

Initially they were offered through my work. I have no difficulty recommending Kaiser.
