Larry Nelms and his crews are awesome. They poured about 12 yards of concrete in my back and side yards and also landscaped with plants, mulch, and irrigation around my entire back yard. 2 weeks ago, I contacted him for an estimate. After meeting with him, he assured me that he would drop off an estimate by the end of the week. I have sent him several texts, left messages and still no edtimate. He may be a nice guy and good at what he does, however that does not make up for poor customer service.
