  • The first deep clean she was supposed to show up on a tuesday at 8:30am. She did not show, and then after contacting her she showed up at 1:00pm. The first deep clean was fairly decent. However, the second time she was to come clean, she had to reschedule us, and then was 40 minutes late. The cleaning was terrible. She didn't move the shower caddy in the shower to clean, so there was still soap scum on the tile. She didn't dust half of the surfaces in the bathroom. She did not vacuum or mop the bathrooms or the rugs. She completely skipped over one entire bedroom. She didn't empty the trash can in another bedroom. She used my vacuum. They did not clean the counters in the kitchen or tidy anything up. They skipped the entire fireplace mantle and bookshelves. Her and her other employee showed up at 8:40 and were gone by 10:20. Our house is over 2,000 square feet. After they were finished, she took her supplies back to her car and then proceeded to track mud all over my dining room rug, to schedule my next cleaning. I paid her what was originally discussed and then told her I would be discontinuing her services. I will not hire her and her team ever again. Save your money.

  • I have been using Dust Busters house cleaning services for quite a few years now. The Dust Busters girls are always punctual and polite. I use their 2 hour service for my house which is enough for my 1500 sq. ft. home which is usually kept pretty clean. I always walk into my home to be pleasantly surprised by the feeling of a clean house. The girls always do exactly what I ask them to do. I am shocked by the extensive review given by crazy lady that took the time to bash Dust Busters. Whenever something may not be done right or I am not 100% happy with something all I have to do is call owner Patrick Marchant and he will immediately take care of the issue. He always encourages me to give him feedback on the work done.

  • I had to find her phone number which is not listed online, in the phone book or on angies list. She was an hour late as per her text to me. She used my rags which were all over my house and I had to do laundry. She used my cleaning items then didn't put them back. She did most of the dishes but I had a dishwasher. She did good on the microwave. She left bags of trash in the kitchen even though the lg trash bin was a few feet away in the garage. She did not make the 1 bed, nor vacuum the 1 room with carpet. She didnt dust nor dump the ashtrays and Her "team" appeared to be her children.

  • Wow. This is gonna be a hard one to explain. I paid $90 for 2 girls for a 2 hour cleaning service. Honestly, it's hit & miss with these people. There is a big language barrier that can make for a big issue with these LAZY, time consuming, THIEVING women that work for dust busters. Watch THEM while they are in your home because if you don't THEY WILL THROW AWAY and (PRETEND TO) more than just your trash. They will hide in the bathrooms for at least 20 minutes (water is running) but nothing got cleaned! I had pictures , but deleted them after I contacted the owner Patrick and emailed him the pictures and of course he made amends. As a matter fact when he showed up unexpectedly here during one of my sessions he did a better job At CLEANING UP MY HOUSE than most of his employees? I had maybe 2 trust worthy girls come in out of 10? I'm not lazy, just very busy in life. I've been told by 3 girls & Patrick the owner that my house is one of the cleanest they clean. I usually get up & WORK along with them CLEANING MY OWN HOUSE . Yes, then I write a check to dustbusters for $90. AND TIP EACH GIRL ATLEAST $10-$20 Also. Total is about $120. Out of my pocket for a morning of sometimes ********. The very last time I used dust busters services, I was experimenting with my new hidden camera in my living room & WOW! That's another story all on its own! Bottom line is all my suspicions were pretty much verified on what I saw happening when THEM STUPID GREEDY THIEFS THOUGHT "the coast was clear" & "where is she at" the main thief (maid 1) kept asking her lookout (maid 2). Little did they know I was sitting in my garage (Pretending to be gossiping on phone) WATCHING THEM on my tablet with earbuds on so I can hear what they were saying. ?? Why should they be keeping tabs on me? I'm paying them to do a job, NOT BABYSIT ME! Anyways items that DISAPPEARED immediately after they were done cleaning and left my home. I had noticed since first day were my expensive cleaners & microfiber cloths, random new scrubber brushes($2-$6 each) specialty cleaners such as granite cleaner ($11), stainless cleaners($9), w-d40 can($14), glass cleaners, sponges from mega box, trash bags ! Yes trash bags. Oh by the way, that's how they take the stuff out of Ur house is in "trash bags" or their "used rags bag" & also in their cleaning Pail /caddy they carry in & of course they are always eager to throw out the trash. I BUY TOP BRAND BEAUTY oil & facial CLEANSERS, lotions & potions from Macy's, Visalia skin& laser day spa, massage envy(Murrad), special order from TV, & ALL my hair products fromJCPenny salon. I buy deodorant & razors from Costco and a pack of Gillette refill blades & a bottle of hydroxycut$44 came up missing once also! I can go on about a few more things,but I'm just ******* myself off the more I think about it. Honestly, to me it seems like those maids KNOW they clean different houses for different people and they GO SHOPPPING for themselves as they are pretending to clean my bathroom. The water was running because they need to make noise to distract ME from what they were doing! End result is YES I WILL BE USING THIS CLEAMING SERVICE AGAIN! Why? Because I will not be taken advantage of like that and I've got a few "DIRTY SPECIALTY JOBS" for them to do. Where I can spend 2 hours watching them in 1 room like a prison guard & not allow them to lock themselves in my bathroom or help themselves to stuff from my cleaning/laundry room supplies. I will have them leave their caddies & supplies in the car so they walk in with nothing & walk out with nothing. I have a lot of dirty baseboards, walls, & wood cabinets that need to be focused on! #mommydearest# Forgot to mention that I timed all these girls minutes here & there checking something in their phones -averaged out to 18-23 minutes of MY TIME got Lost. I'm sorry but I am going to enjoy working them hard !

  • Spoke with Ryan the owner. He was very courteous returned my phone call quickly. He gave me an excellent price estimate. Cleaner was professional and prompt. Equipment was self-contained in their truck mounted cleaner. Only needed access to a water spigot. Carpet repair was small and they used what he called a cookie cutter. If I didn't know where the repair was, you would not be able to spit where they did the work. Overall - I was very impressed with their excellent work. And I would recommended them whole-heartedly.

  • Excellent. Elena and her staff showed up on time. We went over the house and what items I thought were the worst. I have been Injured for over a year now I have had 4 surgeries on my hands and elbows so the house really needed some TLC. It wasn't dirty dirty but it sure was dusty and needed some sprucing up. A staff of 3 went to work on my house they cleaned the oven and it looks like new. The fridge was cleaned. Everything was gleeming when I came back. It did not take them very long at all to do the things I haven't been able to do for 15 months now. I was extremely happy. I just walk around and look at the shiny clean house. I have hired Elena and her team to cone every 2 weeks now I was so satisfied with their work.

  • I am selling my house and had renters and when they moved out I had construction done. After all of that the house was a disaster. There was dirt and sawdust everywhere! Nothing had been cleaned very well for awhile. I called trinity and couldn't be happier with the results! The house was amazing! They did a great job for an incredible price! Not to mention Mandie was the sweetest to work with.

  • .I recently bought an investment property in Visalia, 50 miles from my home.  Having no knowledge of the Visalia business community, I decided to joint Angie's List to gain access to reputable services as the specific need arouse.  I contacted Trinity Housekeeping and Disorganization and arranged an appointment with Mandy for 06/12/2015 at 4:00 pm.  I arrived at the house approximately 1/2 hour early and turned on the air conditioning so the house would be cool for the workers. 4:00 came and no one showed.  At 4:50 I called the business number - got the voice mail and left a message that I was waiting for someone to show.  I waited until 5:30 -  Trinity Housekeeping still a no show. I called the business number again - got the voice mail and left a message that I was leaving.  Drove home.  Saturday morning around 10:00 I noticed a voice mail had been left on my cell phone at 6:53 Friday.  Mandy stated that she had some sort of emergency and her phone service had been out all day and she was unable to contact me. On the voice mail she stated she could clean the house on Saturday. My wife called sometime after 10:00 on Saturday and left another message on her voice mail to see what Mandy had in mind with regards to cleaning the house.  Mandy never returned our call. I believe that any reputable/established business should have access to more than one phone service.  You would think that at some point prior to 4:00 on Friday Mandy would have figured out her phone service wasn't  working and figured out a way to cancel her appointments if an emergency had truly occurred,  I expected better from a business recommended on Angie's List. 
    To summarize: I drove 100 miles. Spent 2 hours in my car and 2 hours at my property for nothing.

  • They do very well on lower end like 20 bucks. The people are friendly and they have a nice waiting area. When you deliver your car, an attendant takes your keys. Then they have like an air conditioned room with snacks and water. It is a place where you can catch up on your work if you need to. You can log in to WiFi there. It is a bit of a wait and you always expect to wait at least 30 minutes if not longer. But it is really not a lot of time considering it is a full wash, dry and detailing for 20 bucks. The workers are very hardworking there.

  • The owner and I did a through walk through of our home and I explained in detail what I wanted to be done, and he took copious notes. Which gave me "warm fuzzy's"
    In reality what happened was the quality of the cleaning kept getting poorer and poorer.  I contacted the owner and filed a complaint and he assured me that the problems would be taken care of immediately. After that things started to get broken and the house-cleaner would blame it on the cat.
    To sum it up the quality went down and the price stayed the same. We ended up "firing" them and hired them back about a year later for a short period and had the same experience.
