  • Hari diagnosed the problem and recommended that we call the manufacturer to get them to send us the parts for free even though the unit was not under warranty. His suggestion worked, and as a result we only had to pay him for labor, which was done promptly and efficiently.

  • I paid for service and waited for parts. The first scheduled appointment was cancelled and then before the second appointment they called and said they could not perform the service. After taking my money. I have not received refund yet.

  • I called to schedule a repair for my refrigerator a full two days in advance. I gave the person on the phone the make/model of the unit along with the error code displaying on the panel and a brief description of what the error was based on the manufacturer website I was told the technician would be at the house between 10:00am and 2:00pm. At 2:00 we got a call saying that he would not be coming out and that what we should do is empty the unit and allow it to thaw for 24 hours and to then call them back and schedule an appointment if the issue persists. Not thrilled with the advice, obviously, when someone needs to make time to be at home for any repair call. They had ample time to convey that message to us before the day of the appointment, especially at the very end of the window they were supposed to arrive. I chose this business because it was at the top of my Angie's List search with an "Angie's List Certified Service Provider" logo as well as a "Super Service Award 2016". I don't know if I would say that I felt misled but it was a very big letdown on the part of the service provider as well as the Angie' List vetting process. I gave the company more than enough information when scheduling the service for them to give me adequate instructions well in advance of the end of the scheduled service window to let us know that he wasn't going to show. Bad customer experience. Bad communication. Bad execution.

  • I had a service call scheduled for between 11:00am and 3:00pm. I had not heard anything so shortly after 3:00 I called to see if they were coming. I was told that the technician would call shortly. I did not get a call that day or the next. I finally got a call at 9:30 another day later. By then I had already scheduled another supplier. I would say that this is not being responsive or professional.

  • I called Rick and he picked up immediately even though it appeared he was out on a job. He was very polite and professional one the phone. I told him washer was making grinding noise. He was very upfront and said it could be the central bearing and it might not be worth replacing on a 14-year-old washer. But he said he'd come take a look at it just in case it something else. He explained to me how the service call works and I was more than happy to pay the service call fee to get a definitive answer on my washer. We schedule an appointment for Friday morning. Later in the day he called me back to ask if he could push back the appointment a couple hours for a doctors appointment. That was fine with me and I appreciated the call back to let me know. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately as the pump and said that was worth getting fixed. He showed me the problem with the part, explained how much it would cost, and that he just had to run to the plumbing store to get the part. He had the washer up and running again in about an hour. I have used washer the past two weeks with no issues and no grinding noise. I would use Rick again in a heartbeat for any appliance issues.

  • Jeff was very up-front with us and told us we could vacuum the coils yearly and save the cost of him doing it.  Said our door seals were fine and we did not need to replace them even though on had a tear, but it was on the bottom side of door and there was a double seal in that area so it did not hurt the operation of the appliance.  He could have charged us for 2 new door seals at $300 each, but instead gave us his assessment of what he would do if it were his appliance.  Thank you Jeff

  • I noticed that my dryer was starting to make a different humming sound than usual and then it stopped drying the clothes altogether. I called and explained that I needed my dryer repaired ASAP and he said that he could come out in the next 2 hours or so on the same day. He showed up two hours later to my home and opened up my dryer and immediately found the problem. He had the part in his van and fixed the dryer in less than 30 minutes. The cost seemed reasonable and I was extremely grateful to have the dryer fixed so quickly. Since it was repaired, it no longer makes the humming sound and the clothes dry great! Couldn't ask for more!!

  • Rick was very punctual (came the same morning I called him) and was very professional.  He explained in detail what was wrong with my dyer and showed me the worn out parts after he completed the job.  He told me exactly what it would cost up front and even on the phone explained explicitly his work policy.  He was clean, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional.  I would use him again in a heart beat!  I will definitely recommend him to my friends!

  • I called the provider and it seemed like I woke him up and he was very uninterested in taking my call.  I told him I had a refrigerator that needed to be repaired, again, didn't seem interested at all!  He asked me what brand it was and I told him, then he said, and I will quote, "I don't even work on that brand anyway"  This is my first time using Angie's List, and so far, not impressed with the first provider I called!  I am a believer in customer service, and he doesn't have it!  Pretty sad!
