    I'm extremely happy with their service. They always take good care of me and my bicycle when I come in. The most recent service was for a flat tire. I ride tubeless tires and was having an issue. This company resolved the issues and provided valued customer service.

    It actually went very well. It was good because they rebuild bicycles and I just wanted something I could ride around on; I am not any type of iron man person or anything like that. It is kind of hard to find just a normal bicycle nowadays so for my purposes it was great. They were nice, helpful and have classes on how to repair and maintain your bicycles, which I am hoping I can get a chance to do. My girlfriend now has a bike in there getting fixed and kind of tuned up. I went in when I had a flat the other day and they fixed it at no charge because it was brand new. They are a good bicycle place for people who just want to ride a bicycle. It is not anything fancy. They are really great at fixing things and they basically rebuild old bicycles and put them together with equipment that they have there. It is sort of something for the family as opposed to anybody who is a mountain biker or wants to buy a fancy bicycle. It is a perfect place to go if you just want to buy a bicycle so that you can ride around town. The pricing was great.

    The customer service phone line was answered promptly. The technician was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She pointed out several add ons that I needed to include on my computer to optimize Charter's Security Suite system and to optimize my connection to the internet. The add ons were available for free on the Charter website. There was no charge for the technician's support and service. Charter provides a much faster and more comprehensive internet service than any of their local competitors; up to 10 times faster upload and download speeds. This makes the internet a joy to use.

    Jeff was great to work with from beginning to end. I was referred by my photographer and she scored big time with me. Jeff asked me about myself and any ideas I had for the logo. He send a spec page with half a dozen options he'd drawn up. After nearly deciding on one, I decided to consider one of the other options. We emailed back and forth and spoke several times. Instead of becoming frustrated with the elongated process Jeff welcomed the opportunity to explore more options, stating he wanted me to be excited about handing out my new business cards! His price was fair and I'll receive my new cards in time for an out of state presentation less than a week after finalizing my decision. Job well done!

    I called Maytan Music Center to schedule a piano tuning for my quarter grand Chickering.  The person on the phone gave me the phone numbers of two tuners that they use.  The first was for a guy named Mike, the 2nd for a guy named Larry.  I first called Mike who was very short and abrupt on the phone, almost like I was bothering him on his personal cell.  Luckily he couldn't provide the service by the time I needed so I contacted Larry Lonchar, the 2nd name given to me.  He was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and was able to work with my schedule. 
    He arrived exactly on time, played the piano and explained to me why my piano kept going out of tune so quickly.  He explained exactly what he would do to correct the problem temporarily and he also provided me with information for a long term solution.  He replaced 5 pins and charged $50 for the repair and $90 for the tuning which I found to be a great deal compared to other places I called.  He was very knowledgeable and kind and you could tell that he loved what he does.  I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.  Be sure to call Maytan Music Center and ask for Larry's contact info, not Mike's.

    We paid a significant amount of money to stay in what turned out to be completely unacceptable accommodations. It was filthy, unsafe, not up to code, and literally falling apart in places.   The rental listing with pictures and rental contract had many misrepresentations about the accommodations and the use of a boat to transport to us to the beach was non existent.   We arrived on late Saturday, April 2nd after traveling cross country, to find the house in an unacceptable condition. A bed had been slept in; other bed linens were dirty and torn. The towels appeared dirty and smelled like they had been left in the washing machine for days before drying. I had to wash all the bed linens and towels before we could go to bed. Some of the people in our party had to check into a hotel so the children could go to sleep.   Our phone calls and emails were not responded to by Patti Navilo the property manager.  Each day we left numerous phone messages and sent emails and did not receive a response until on the fourth day of our week stay, we mentioned the next correspondence would be from our attorney.    We did receive a call on Sunday, April 3 from the cleaning service. We were told at that time that the cleaning people would arrive at 11:00 AM on Monday. I waited for them, but they never showed. When I tried calling them, there was no answer and voice mail was not set up. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves, taking a good deal of time away from our vacation and family activities.   As for the repairs, a repair man finally arrived on Thursday, April 7, nearly at the end of our vacation. A family member was forced to stay at the house while he repaired a few of the more glaring items. He was not able to complete the work, however, without an electrician.

    One son lost his cell phone, I was able to get another phone because of an upgrade option. I went to AT&T, formerly JC&C, on McCarran and Sierra Highlands to get service to the new phone. Sean, the Assistant Manager, helped me. I have been going to this AT&T for the last 5 years and every time Sean offers professional, prompt service. Even when my problems are stupidity on my part, you would never know if from Sean's demeanor. Always helpful and kind.
