exceptionally well. Great tile setter, beautiful new master bath with custom-fitted walk-in tiled shower - white subway tile with glass mosaic trim, grey concrete floor, quartz top vanity, glass backsplash, etc. He demoed the existing bath, reframed it including construction of a new ceiling and insulation in the walls. He also installed and painted 7 interior doors and their frames, and repaired drywall in the ceiling.

Flux Construction completely remodeled our house. We purchased a 1960 mid-century modern house that was a bit of a fixer. The scope of work included moving many of the interior walls, installing a new floor and completely remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. Liran was great; responsive, helpful and thorough. Liran was particularly great in helping us think through the implications of our design and layout choices. We LOVE our master bathroom and it wouldn't be nearly as great without his help. We also really appreciated the way Flux Construction handled the couple of inevitable issues that came up in a project this large. Having a good communication was so important for us because we had no experience remodeling a home. Flux Construction really made the whole process easier and less stressful. Ultimately, we love our home and really appreciate the work they did!

After meeting with a number of contractors and receiving bids for the requested work - Supreme Remodeling, Inc. was my choice of contractor.  It was a reasonable bid; not the lowest nor the highest, and my selection was reinforced by the many times and hours Mickey met with me to review plans, to strategize the best way to proceed and to discuss possible situations that might surface, anticipated and un-anticipated.  I have lived in my house since it was built in 1974-75.
My son prepared the floor plan for the bathroom and bedroom remodel.  Mickey worked with that plan and made it come to life.  City permits were secured in one day and the proposed plan was approved as submitted.
New windows were required and ordered.  In order to match remaining bedroom and bath windows the new windows came from a company in Canada.  As soon as the windows were shipped, demolition began.  Progress was quick as the old bathroom was demolished totally; plumbing and electrical upgraded, a walk-in closet added, and 'popcorn' ceiling over radiant heating coils very carefully removed.
Mickey went with me to select bath fixtures and was very helpful with suggestions and alternative recommendations.  I had seen a bath in a magazine that I especially liked and Mickey and his contractors ( vanity design and construction,  mirrors, counter, frameless shower and tile flooring) were able to  replicate those sections that I specifically requested.
Mickey also went with me to choose tile for the shower walls, flooring and backsplash and shower trim.  Again suggestions were very helpful.
His workers were professional and courteous at all times.  They arrived in a timely manner and cleaned the work area each day.  Additionally, protection of hardwood flooring on the first floor and the carpeted stairway and upstairs hallway was provided and maintained throughout the project.
The project was completed in the two month period specified.  Minor touch-up and adjustments have been taken care of as needed.

As above!! 3 months projected and 6 months later the job had to be COMPLETELY 100% torn down and started again by another company. I had to bring in Westlan Construction to fix their mess! I can recommend Westlan or Alisal Builders in the area.

It began with a few handiman tasks, which were done very well and were an example of his reliability.   Moving on to my rental house, we kept discovering significant issues, and as the last tenant had moved out, it was time to address them.  EB Specialists gave me incremental bids on each new piece, with good advice, and willingness to work with the architect and myself.

I’m a tough customer. I demand quality and pride in workmanship. I also require respect for myself as well as for the sanctity of my home. This puts me at odds with most contractors. Fortunately, I had good overall results with Regal. When I first called, they were efficient in setting up the estimate and actually showed up when promised! Sean worked with me on the price and we set up the job to install a half-bath in a former closet area. He is easy-going and congenial. I went into the contractual relationship with trepidation and doubt, having had some bad experiences with other contractors. It was a bit tough for them to accommodate my constant scrutiny, questions and preferences, but they were patient and diplomatic, unlike other contractors who treated my requests and preferences as though they were intolerable affronts, acting as though the house belonged to them; not me. By contrast, Regal was respectful.I was in charge of buying the fixtures, supplies and so forth, since I wanted to pick out everything myself. Because the door needed to be custom-ordered and pre-hung, and I had a hard time finding the right faucet and lights, work was delayed a couple of times. That was my own fault, and they were patient with me.  I watched some of their work and knit picked when I thought it was necessary: "Please center the sconce a little more...please recess the alarm box a bit more..., etc." Having worked in construction in the past, I do have some strong opinions about how things should be done and had to insist on certain things, such as not putting any wash-water or paint in the ground and not shaking out the tarps over the lawn. I’m a home gardener, and most people in construction don’t understand that excess cement or plaster is not good for plants. But, bit-by-bit, they won more and more respect from me. They impressed the heck out of me with their installation of the travertine and with the remarkable smoothness of their drywall-topping coat. Kudo’s to Manuel, Humberto and Jackson - all hard workers and real nice guys. The main strength of Regal is that I was able to work with them: on price, on start times, on design and on procedures. The result is a beautiful half-bath. For now, I would rate the company a B+. But then again, I’m a tough customer. No one else has rated higher than a “C” for me.

During our kitchen and bar remodel, they were consistently warm, funny, knowledgeable, highly ethical and available. They always answered our phone calls and texts. They kept us informed at each step of the project and checked in person or by phone every day. They listened well and interpreted accurately. They helped us make design choices and select materials. They quoted a fair price for the job, with no hidden costs. We kept adding to our project and the quotes for the add-ons were reasonable. In addition, they met requests for change with good humor and unfailingly good ideas. Their responses were peppered with “that can be done” or “don’t worry about it”, and both were comforting. The attention to detail by all of the Pristine staff is remarkable. Not only Nathan and Mike, but all their employees take pride in their work and have a sense of ownership with the finished project. They were meticulous in their craftsmanship and at the end of the day took great pains to clean and clear up as much as they could so we could live in the remodel environment relatively comfortably. Nathan and Mike have a great eye for color and design and really helped us put it all together. They are perfectionists with high standards that rubbed off on us. Everyone was very patient with our questions and happy to make little tweaks here and there. Bottom line: You can feel secure that you’ve selected the best of the best with Pristine Construction. Your project will begin on time and finish on time (if not earlier than projected). You will be proud to show off the design, color and workmanship. We felt we made good friends and are looking forward to work they will be doing for us in our dining room. We are almost sorry the remodel is finished and that Nathan, Mike and their crew won’t be on our speed dials for a month.

After looking on angies list, we called nexxus remodeling since they had such high ratings and great reviews. Tony answered immediately, spoke at length with my husband about the projects we were trying to complete. Tony came to our house that day and had an estimate for us within 24 hours. Tony and his crew(s) began working in a timely fashion and finished the job when they said they would. ( being 8-9 months pregnant at the time, this meant so much to us!) They were very professional, responsible, and a pleasure to work with and have around the house. They take pride in their work and we were very happy with the outcome. We plan on hiring nexxus remodeling for any of our future home projects.

They were extremely helpful and collaborative in figuring out how to best frame the two pieces. They quoted me a price and then without prompting gave me 25 or 30% off that price, which made me a little suspicious about who gets the un-discounted price. The resulting number seemed pretty fair, though, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
