    MacDougall, Dr. Jamie L.
All went well, although one of the keratoses did not fall off by two months after treatment. Will have to return to have it taken off. Doctor M is very knowledgeable and speaks intelligently to the patient without patronizing. Getting an appointment quickly is not gonna happen toward end of year.

    James Yeckley Md
Dr. Yeckly has a fantastic attitude.  He cracked some very funny jokes and kept me at ease the entire procedure.  I really am not a fan of going to the doctor (who is) but he made the trip enjoyable.  His treatments all seem effective and his staff was very courteous and professional.

    Stirling, Dr. Norman C
Dr. Stirling is fabulous. He is the most knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist who specializes in skin care, skin disorders and not plastic surgery, artificial enhancements or anything like that. He is a top notch doctor and I feel much honored to have him since he is the best. I would trust him implicitly. He has definitely the most credible authority. All his patients feel the same way. We are very lucky to have someone who is so knowledgeable and so good. He is pretty straightforward. He is like a professor and he is great as well. His communication is excellent. He doesn?t take insurance right there. You have to pay for it and then get a summary in order to submit it to your insurance, but that process works very well. He is your guy if you can work that way. If you can?t and you only want to pay copay, then for $35 you need to find somebody else. So the billing process is very straightforward. I would definitely continue to see him in the future too.

    Patel, Dr. Nita
She has an extremely light touch, and it doesn't hurt when she injects the numbing agent. I tend to jump whenever she gets close, but she's very patient. She answers all questions, but isn't one for small talk. The nurses tend to be a bit more on the brusque, businesslike side, but they're altogether nice, and professional. The one downside is that they always mispronounce my first name, but everyone else does, too.

    Stirling, Dr. Norman C
I really like that Dr. Norman focuses more on dermatological ailments than esthetics. I was lucky to find Dr. Stirling following an accident that I had where I got serious road rash on my face. Since he has treated me I have no scars left. He has also looked at some other skin issues that I have. He is the senior consultant in the practiceand used to teach at UCLA. He has a very clinical approach to his appointments. When he explains things it is like a professor talking with a student. There can be a bit of a wait depending on which appointments he has when I go in, however I do not mind the wait, because I know he is willing to take that him with me when I need it. He does not submit insurance. He will provide a summary that I can submit to insurance myself, however it is a pay as you go.

    Stirling, Dr. Norman C
He said it was dermatitis and had lab work done. I had to pay the total of the bill up front and then had to pay $5 for the form, so that I could file the claim with my health insurance company. I had to call for the lab results. It was helpful that the office was open on a Saturday, and it was helpful to have the lab work done, though I had to followup on it.

So far everything went well. Tannie Bussell was the doctor and she was compassionate, knowledgeable and empathetic. She is very professional and overall a great communicator.
