    It took him literally a minute to fix it as a cord was loose! He charged $30 for this on top of the "house call" of $65. I think the $30 was excessive but my fault for not asking him to reduce this charge to be more commensurate with what he did. No cord replacement, just plugged it in tighter.

    It went great. Jose called 20 minutes ahead to let us know, he was on his way. Then he handled everything in a friendly and very professional manner. We were very impressed with the service: Shredding of our documents happened on site, empty bankers boxes were returned to us afterwards, we got information on were to drop off more documents to shred when needed. The price was the best offer we found. Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!!!

    Our 46-year-old Italian torchiere floor lamp with halogen bulb suddenly went out for the first time. I spoke to the owner, Blake, who suggested that it might just be the bulb and that I should try replacing it before I do anything else. When I had trouble removing the bulb from the socket, I decided to take the lamp in for his advice. He examined the bulb and the socket, showed me where the socket had turned black at one end and was blocking the removal of the bulb, and suggested that I replace the socket and the bulb. He quoted me a price that seemed reasonable and said that if, for any reaon, the lamp was unrepairable, there would be no charge. He also said that the repair would take no more than one day. He called the next day to say that the lamp was repaired and operating properly. I picked up and paid the amount he quoted. Bruce is a friendly, highly professional, honest and reliable business person, and I recommend him highly.

    I am a Tenant of a building that this company did a Soft Story Retrofit on. Prior to the construction starting we were advised we would all lose our parking spaces for the term of the work. The estimate they gave us for the work to be done was to be between 3-8 weeks. We are currently at week 14. Now I am not able to talk about the quality of the work they are performing, what I can speak to is their lack of responsiveness and information about the work they are doing. They have now missed their estimated date of completion by NEARLY DOUBLE, and never once during that time reached out the we tenants of this building to give us a reason for the delay, nor a new estimated date of completion. When I reached out to their designated point of contact the first time at week 8 (a woman named Hilda Cabrera) for an update, she only returned my call after 3 days and only because I called twice. At that time she told me it would be an additional 3 weeks (for a total of 11). When that deadline passed I called her again, briefly spoke with her as she would need to call the person on site to get more information. 6 (SIX) days later she finally returned my phone call - this delay in responsiveness is unacceptable in any Customer Service industry. What is worse is she did not answer either of my questions 1. Specifically why is this taking much longer than expected, and 2. What is the new estimated date of completion? She would not give me a new estimated date of completion, nor tell me specifics of why this delay. So I asked to speak with her boss - one of the owners named Dee Sopher (sp?). Dee was very kind of the phone and listened to my concerns and questions, and told me that it was unacceptable for Hilda to have waited a week to return my phone call, she is just overly busy. IT has now been nearly a week since my phone call with Dee, and now Dee has not followed up with any of my requests from our phone call (the same two requests as before plus to please let not just myself know, but to let my entire building know what's going on as we are all very curious). There have been no updates to my building, no updates on what is taking so long, no updates on an estimated date of completion... In fact - the worst part about this.... All last week they had 2 workers here for 3 days. That's it. They are Drastically behind their estimated date of completion and they decide to send 2 workers for only 3 days. It would make more sense to send 6 or 8 workers and just get the job done. In summary: Do not use this company. They are unresponsive. Refuse to share information. Have gone completely over their estimated date of completion, and are not sending the amount of workers necessary to catch up, or get this job completed ASAP.

    We would highly recommend Yoav and YD Construction. We honestly could not have been any more pleased with the level of service and expertise that was displayed by Yoav. His attention to detail and excellent communication made the job go smoothly. He were very professional, helpful and insightful during the whole job, especially when issues came up and we were not sure how to proceed. We are extremely happy with the results of our remodel.

    The team at On The QT were phenomenal to work with, easily accessible, very professional, thorough, and the level/quality of the information they provided was better than expected. My lawyer was even impressed with the amount of information they were able to provide.     We found Concept last May through Angies Big Deal. They met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.
