    I called to ask some questions about it, accidentally asked for someone that did work there. The man that answered was so rude to me, he told me he wasn't interested in getting into a conversation. I told him I was interested in purchasing from them and he said "I DON'T CARE!!" I mean really?!?! I would NOT recommend this company to anybody, they couldn't be trusted to be professional on the phone then they are not responsible enough to handle the 30k I have to set up my gym. Such a sad loss for this company today.

    Shannon is an amazing weight loss coach! With her help, I was able to lose 30 pounds in a healthy way, despite having sleep apnea and PCOS, which both make it very difficult to lose weight and very easy to gain. I loved all the food I ate and never felt deprived.

    The Permanent Weight Loss Solutions' program not only helped me lose the weight, but I've kept it off. I can't say that about any other program I've ever tried and I've tried them all! This was not a diet, it is my new permanent lifestyle.

    I've been training with Adina for about 2 months, and I can tell that she is one of the best trainers i had so far. She does understand your goals and needs. Also, she will respect your session time; no phone/texting/talking, no talking with other trainers etc. I saw results within my first month because she challenges me at every session! Another good thing that I love about Adina is COMMUNICATION! she will make sure that you are following the diet and the workouts correctly. She is never never ever late! Which is good if your schedule is complicated (like mine). And, she will remind you that you have a session at least a day before. Thanks to her I will gain more muscle and strength. I look forward to seeing the final result!

    I wanted to achieve a more toned body and of course to lose some of my fat. He provided me with meal plans to help me achieve my goal and also the work outs are intense! He pushed me out of my comfort zone which is great and made me work like really hard! Lol which is good so I can achieve my goal.  I started at 135 lbs with 31% body fat, by the end of my 12 weeks of training with him, I weighed 125 lbs with 22% body fat! I'm so happy with the results that I got! So happy that i decided to join the NPC bikini competition on Oct 18th.  I am still training with Jorge, he provided me a different meal plan and work out that's appropriate for a bikini prep.  I am already seeing a lot of changes in my body which is great! Again! Lol I will continue to train with Jorge until my competition. :)

    I was hesitant at first because typically I don't like personal trainers.  He overall helped me with my mental, physical and emotional abilities. I was able to return back to work and feel better overall.  By me being a nurse I know most trainers don't listen and go against doctor's advice. Many are not trained or educated as well, but Robbi has a Master's degree and 2 Bachelor's and he even stayed in contact with my doctor to update my progress. My daily performance at work has improved and he got me where I am able to actually run again and I thought that was gone for good.  He trains from a functional perspective and you feel good inside and out.

    They're very good. It's a pleasant, clean atmosphere. The people are nice and friendly. They make the work out fun and a good experience.When I started, I'd been doing rehab after a near-death bike accident, and they made me a functional person again. I work with Leo Frincu and Erica.

    I love the location, parking is validated for 2 hours. there's shopping and restaurants you can go to after you're done working out. It's a two-story gym, with tons of equipment. I haven't had any problems with this gym being too packed.

    Never having worked with a personal trainer before, I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I didn’t want a “boot camp/drill sergeant” type of trainer who would intimidate me. I wanted to be inspired, get a good workout appropriate for my age and fitness level, and in order to stay motivated, I wanted it to be fun. Robin most definitely provides all that and more. She is friendly, relaxed, and really knows what she is doing. She always arrives on time for each training session (at my home – how convenient is that!) and comes fully prepared with a workout that has tons of variety. Never with the same exercises from one session to the next, she includes a good warm-up at the beginning and helps me stretch at the end of the session so I am never stiff or sore in the days following a workout. The exercises are strenuous and, although I am exhausted at the end of a session, I am also energized and motivated. Robin is always interested in how I am doing with my weight loss and gives me helpful hints when I reach difficult plateaus. As a consequence, since starting my training sessions with her (approximately 4 months ago now), I’ve lost weight, my eating habits have changed dramatically, and I am becoming more confident and comfortable with my body. Although I would benefit from weekly training sessions with Robin, my budget only allows for once every two weeks. I believe her hourly rate is appropriate to the service she provides, and I know every dollar I spend on my training with her is money well spent. In fact, after about the fourth check I had written to Robin at the end of a training session, I discovered I was entering those amounts in my checkbook register as credits rather than debits. A funny little Freudian slip, and not so good when it comes to balancing the checkbook, but very indicative of the value I place on my training sessions with Robin. I recommend her without hesitation.

    They gave me a window between 9:00 and 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:45. He quickly diagnosed the problem that a motor brush had come loose and was able to reinsert it plus add some electrical tape over it to keep it from coming out again. While he was there, he adjusted the belts and basically inspected the treadmill for any other issues. The visit lasted a half hour at no addtional cost above the service fee of $95. The treadmill has been working fine since. I would definately recommend Pro-Tread to anyone that needed fitness equipment repair.
