    Imperial Remodeling Inc
We recently had two bathrooms remodeled by Imperial Remodeling & we could not be happier with the results! Gino and his crew were amazing! They were extremely professional & thorough. You can tell Gino takes great pride in his jobs. The crew showed up early every day, even on weekends, and would put in 10+ hour days, which really made this job go very quickly. Gino would come check on the project each day and would even send me progress photos, as well as call to give me updates while I was at work each day. We are very impressed and highly recommend Imperial Remodeling to anyone!

    Do It Right Construction
Incredible. On budget and under time. Professional work done impeccably and the contractor was very responsive. From beginning to end (and even now, after it's completed) if we had any problem or concern or question, he answered within 24 hours. He is also very calm and even handed so there was never any stress. Everything could be handled. He hires great people who are meticulous.

    EXCEL CONSTRUCTION LA
Excel Construction sent to our house Eyal who came over and set with us for a while in order to understand what we would like to have in the remodeling project at our house. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen, family & Dining room areas including new coat of paint and few other tasks. After he understood what we wanted to do, he designed a simple draft so we will understand how and where he think to relocate some parts of the kitchen and after we approved it, he then went back to his office and designed a detailed computerized 3D. After the design and the price was approved by us, he then came over with his workers to do the remodeling job. Each one of the workers was polite & flexible. After the work was completely finished, Eyal sent back his workers to replace or fix some things that we had issues with. Our house was left clean during the entire remodeling. We received so many of great comments on our new remodeling and on our house in general. Thank you Eyal for the great work you did for us and for the awesome service!

    Sky Renovation
This company is Prime Home Remodeling dba as Sky Renovation and New Construction. Don't be fooled by the smiles and assuming good customer service....in the end, you will find out that this company; Owner Ian Levy, is rude with bully tendencies. They DO NOT provide a worksite foreman and only partially manage the work being done. I had to act as the foreman of my own project at almost $100,000....WHY!!! For that money, he should have had a site foreman daily and attention to the quality of the work being done. Instead every day I came home from work, sometimes during the day, I had to have mistakes and poor workmanship corrected. His workers smoke and throw cigarette butts around the property and often shortcut details. Make sure to take pictures of everything and every part of your project before you let them start any work because when you find something wrong, broken or unfinished your response will be, "Not my problem", "What do you want me to do", "it will cost you more money", "it was that way already". First Red Flag that I ignored because Ian came across as trustworthy was he offered a bid for the interior project solely based on what I wanted to be done and his visual oversight without inspection. He never looked at the existing wiring, only looked at the roof from the ground, didn't check subfloor conditions, didn't check for potential issues and only waited to find them before complaining about the extra cost to him to fix. Demanded final payment with threats of liens and lawyers before even checking to ensure the permits were finalized by the city. So if you want smiles, lies and unskilled workers that you could find at Home Depot working on your property, go ahead and hire them. I'm still scared my roof could come crashing down, the house to catch fire from the wiring work they did and now my central air heater has a disconnected air tube I have to have someone come and fix. I have exposed nails now rusted hanging down below the eaves around the garage and house from the roofing job which Ian told me, "What do you want me to do", "Stop being cheap and fix your house and cover the eaves". Now I have lots of headaches to deal with to make the repairs due to poor workmanship. The sub-contracted roof installers damaged the attic insulation following the roof demolish; now which has to be completely replaced along with central heating ducts that were damaged. Waiting for State Contractors Board to finish their assessment of my complaint and the BBB shows an "F" rating for Sky Renovation & New Construction. Also waiting for their Bond company to finish their investigation into my claim for damages as documented in photos, text messages, emails, and contracts. Complete nightmare. Following this review post the company owner EYAL IAN LEVI sent me several insulting and harassing text messages....Also following this review: He sent his business partner; Tomas to my home to comfort me about my reviews and how it was costing them business attempting to get me to remove them.

Ron did an amazing job AGAIN!! Re-did my new house and put in a beautiful stone block fence. Finished the entire project under budget and in less time than we thought. Do yourself a favor and go with Ron, he cares about his customers and it shows in the work. All he does is deliver.

    Preferred Home Builders Inc
Have to say the project is set to start next week but I wanted to put up a review just to discuss my experiences in planning this project. Ran is my project manager and from the moment we met he was SUPER communicative and available. After meeting with 4 other contractors, none of them showed the experience and dedication the way Ran did, so he is the reason I chose PHB. He does design and works on drawings and ideas right in your house (let me tell you, MANY do not, and require extra time to have extra meetings to design, or they will say "isn't this a good idea?" only to find out it isn't possible because they didn't understand construction. Ran put SOO much time and effort into my kitchen design, I never felt rushed and he was really cool and understanding with all the things I wanted and very easily incorporated them, while also thinking of ways to make my kitchen better and more functional. He is available to text, talk on the phone, and email and he is ALWAYS clear and precise and easygoing...communication is the best with him than ANY other contractor I've ever worked with, and I've worked with plenty. The timelines never got pushed, and so far everything is smooth sailing and we feel we really know what to expect. I will put up another review after the project is completed, but I have to say so far I'm beyond impressed and would (and do) recommend as highly as possible.

    Fidelity Builders and Design
We were definitely lucky people to have Alon and his team at our house for the remodeling project that we just did! Simple as that. They remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and laundry. Everyone that was part of this work, was great person to work with, they were always on time, very respectful, helpful and problems solvers people. We were very specific and detailed with what we wanted to get, but Alon and his guys were really easygoing while open to our suggestions and questions. We loved and appreciated the fact that each time we came to the house after a working day, Alon was there to provide us the daily report and to ask us any question or comment about the remodeling project and hearing our input and support. Based on our experience with them, we now sure that for any new project that we will want to do or in case we will hear someone that is interesting in a remodeling project to their house of office, the first company that comes to our mind is Fidelity builders and design. Their craftsmanship is top notch and we truly valued their extra attention to all the minor details and more than that to some extreme design concepts and details that we didnt think we can do! We cant wait to work with these guys again!!

    American Home Improvement Inc
I used Shlomo at American home improvement and his team of professionals for an addition and the master bathroom remodeling. My entire experience with all the people that were involved in that remodeling was excellent and productive! I worked with Shlomo and his crew hand by hand and we met and talked on a daily basis in regards to the progress of the project. His extra attention to all the details even the smallest ones made us very proud at him and mainly on our right decision on finding him and the company he works for. Originally, we had our concept and vision on what we want to get but Shlomo highlighted them and implement most of them into the project which brought our dream to a complete success. We added approximately 350 sf/ft to the house which supposed to be a guest room with a small bathroom. After many thoughts and meetings with Shlomo, we decided to have it as an entertainment space including the installation of a wet bar and a built in refrigerator. As far as the bathroom: we included a closed bathroom that included a shower and toilet with frameless door. We absolutely recommend Shlomo and anyone from the people that was involved in our project to anyone who looking or thinking for any type of home improvement project at their house.

    Finesse Remodeling & Consulting Inc
I wanted to remodel my kitchen, bath and laundry area and was extremely intimidated about the process and had heard so many horror stories from friends about their remodel projects so I knew I needed the right contractor for my project. I interviewed 5 different people and from the beginning knew Avi and Finesse were the right fit for me. He was on the ball and very thorough and exact in describing the process and the steps we needed to take. Everything was in order and the next process in the project flowed smoothly every step of the way. Avi was also the only contractor to mention Lead & Asbestos abatement which turned up lead in our kitchen sink and bathroom tiles that were being ripped out. He wanted to make sure it was taken care of properly because I have a child, 2 dogs and an elderly mother I take care or and their safety was at the forefront of the demo. Honestly, Avi and his team care about their clients and this is a huge plus in going with Finesse Remodeling. Along with the fact that they have a huge commitment to making the project smooth and exactly what the client wants. Avi came in on time and on budget, from beginning to end it was a smooth process. This is all because attention to detail, schedule and the construction process are laid out from day one to the final completion. How many people can brag about a care free remodel? I for one can!!! Avi and his crew were always neat, kind and respectful. They also showed up on time and worked very hard all week. And Joyce in the office is a real doll and always kept me informed on schedule and what was happening during the week. I have a beautiful new Kitchen & Bath that I'm in love with and that I get compliments on constantly! I couldn't have asked for a better job to have been done.

    Green Universe Inc.
I called Ozzie to do all the work at our new house because we knew we could trust him to do what he said and to do an excellent job at a fair price. We first selected Ozzie from a group of potential contractors we had vetted as being the most reliable based on the Better Business Bureau reports. This was before we had convenient more comprehensive resources like Angie's list. We started with a complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets which was $60,000. After that first remodel we knew we had found a contractor we could trust. He did what he said, when he said and he did it right. Ozzie was always reachable by phone/text/email and he was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. And if problems occurred (remodeling always has surprises) Ozzie saw to it that things were done right and didn't add a penny to our contract price. The only thing that cost more of course was when WE made changes. Over the next few years we ended up remodeling all the bathrooms, putting new wood floors, rewiring the entire house (it had very old cloth insulated wires), a new roof, adding a bathroom including walk in closets. So when we had to move somewhat unexpectedly from our old house we knew exactly who to call. So far almost all of the planned work inside our new house has been done. The last stage is building the guest house. The plans have been drawn up and are being certified by the architect/engineer. We will be getting the permits so we can begin soon. I can update how that goes, but honestly I've already had so much work done by Ozzie that there's no doubt it will all go well. I attached a few photos, but I never seem to take photos after the remodeling. I always take photos during the remodeling, but it's the after photos that show what a space becomes. I'm going to try to find the photos of our old house after remodel photos and upload those.
