ASTRONG OAK MOVINGThis company is very professional & experienced in every aspect of a move such as mine. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure things were as we needed them to be in both the removal and in returning stage. We have some heavy items, some quite old and cherished by our family. Great care was taken to remove our furniture and also to restore it all exactly as it was. Also they are fast, and the time for labor we were charged for was extremely fair because they worked so hard to get it handled as quickly as possible. AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AAwesome company!! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move from high rise in San Francisco to antioch. They were very easy to work with , extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They packed my fragile pics, lamps, tv and wrapped everything in blankets. The movers were uniformed friendly careful and experienced. Very impressive! Very happy, thanks guys!! AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
