Luis had his crew come out and besides having them do the work and make it like new again, he walked around and spent time trying to diagnose all the issues with water we were having. AGFA Masonry ConcreteWe had a very old wooden fence in our backyard that was practically falling over and after discussing it with our neighbor we decided that it was time to upgrade to a block wall. After all the usual due diligence searching for a contractor, we decided to go with G.F.A. Masonry. Best decision ever! Not only is George a really nice guy, but he and his crew were very professional. They were on time every morning , kept the job site clean (which is nice because it was my yard), they even asked if it would be ok to play music (which they kept at a normal volume so it didn’t bother my other neighbors). George said it would take 2-3 days to finish the wall, good to his word it was done in 2 and when they finished they cleaned everything up like they had never been here, even put up a temp fence to keep my dogs in the yard while we wait for the guy to come install our gate. We are very happy with our new wall, as is our neighbor. Looks great, and we’ll never have to do maintenance on a wooden fence again. Plus now our dogs can’t see into his yard and bark at his cat anymore. tl;dr Very Happy with our new block wall and will definitely hire George again the next time we need any concrete or masonry work done!- Joey E.

AALL STAR FENCES & CONCRETEChris of Allstar was on time and very courteous when he arrived for the estimate. Very easy to talk with and discuss ideas. The estimate was very clear and precise providing a start and completion dates as well as a clearly defined payment schedule. Allstar's crew was always prompt and very professional the entire time. AEco Design ProAfter interviewing 3 different landscape design companies, we chose ECO design pro Build to do a complete makeover of our entire front and backyard. We are extremely thrilled with the results and our space has been transformed. The designer that working with Ori, Samuel and his entire crew did an amazing job. The project was a little bit extensive because it included the removal of few trees, plants, grass and some rocks in the front and back, concrete and wood deck removal, We needed to pour a new concrete patio, running a new line of gas for a fire pit and BBQ, a custom concrete counter and built-in bench, a natural sandbox built with boulders and logs, and installation of all plants. It took almost 3 months to completely finish this back yard and front yard project, but now our yard is an amazing spot at the house that we enjoy with our friends, family, and children. I have read some comments about so many additional fees that usually been added to any estimate such as design consultation fee, but we felt it was worth the cost even though Ori didn’t charge us much for it anyway. We didn't see it as a fee just to get an estimate. It was an actual design session where the designer gave us so many useful tips, ideas and designs advice mainly for our back yard space. We could have taken those tips and implemented them ourselves, but we liked those ideas so much that it was one of the main reasons why we hired them to create our landscape design and implement it.- Rosio T.

ATimes Up Termite IncTimes Up gave us some quotes for a more modern hand rail but we wanted the original and so he hand crafted a duplicate for us. Their foreman was really great and he kept things moving along. The owner wants to know if you are not happy with something, he is open to criticism.- AMY Y.

AFitzgerald MasonryBrian was great always there on time and worked hard. He found other treatments nearby that he thought we'd like so we could look at them and make sure that was what we wanted. CI wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that's not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough....however....communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project in itself. We were assigned a couple of "project managers".....first it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job....then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction for the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all.....communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us "no problem" and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It's attractive looking without question......however, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So.....be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract.....he gave me a "look", then told me that he could of done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well.....however....those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way over priced.

AMy wife and I could not be happier with our project from System Pavers. Estella, our project manager, was absolutely a joy to work with. She arrived exactly when she said she would and she was accessible and responsive throughout the project. Everything turned out exactly as promised. We also cannot say enough wonderful things about the construction crew. What an amazing group of human beings. Honestly, we have never seen anyone work as hard and fast as this team. They began removing nearly 1500 sq ft of concrete and replaced the area with pavers and a new fire pit in our courtyard and had the entire job completed in 5 days. They were attentive to every detail and after everyday of work they left the work area clean and organized. We have been talking about doing this for nearly 15 years and to see our dream come to reality is so awesome. Thank you Estella, System Pavers, and the entire team for making it all happen. Our family will now have a lifetime of enjoyment in our new space.
