AGo Junk Free AmericaGo Junk Free America came with two trucks the same day we called them. Go Junk Free America's crew of four (Ryan, the leader, and workers Carlos, Jesus, and Alex) cleaned out 50% of this large locker so we could see what we wanted to keep. They lifted heavy boxes that were intimidating to us, moved heavy furniture with ease, and carefully stacked the remaining boxes we needed to keep, which we will dispose of ourselves. They never complained about how dusty a storage locker gets in 14 years. We were happy with their professionalism: they had loaded the trucks so that everything was compact with no wasted space and ready to haul away, which saved us money by efficiently using the floor space in the truck. BRevised Review I did not receive a response to my request for quotation. I so stated in my review on Angie's List and I rated the company F for failure to respond. Subsequent to that review being posted on Angie's List, Nicole Hilton immediately contacted me to explain that a family member was in hospital with Covid 19 at the time of my inquiry. It was Christmastime. She explained that that is why there was no response to my inquiry. She explained that they are a small, family-owned business, the implication being that they do not have the resources of a larger company. I empathize, being the founder and owner of several small businesses in the past myself. I also understand the burdens of attending to business, even under duress. I am writing now to delete the F rating and change it to a B. That rating gives Nicole the benefit of the doubt that, considering I did not receive a response at the time, she would have contacted me to explain, after the crisis had passed, what had happened, even had I not posted the negative review. I hope her family member has fully recovered and I wish her and her business well going forward.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

CHad a scheduling snafu in the beginning that was worked out. They replaced 3 anti siphon valves. They were suppose to find and repair/replace all the sprinklers When they left everything was working. Today everything is not working. Spoke with someone and was told they did not touch certain sprinklers (not sure why I did say all sprinklers in my front yard). I now have to figure they rest out myself which will probably be replacing all the sprinkler heads (I did tell them that they could do that if needed). The work that was actually done was good but I feel that they did not complete what I requested. Not did they provide me with the instructions that I just received on the phone. If you need major repairs I might look around before I would go with No limit.
