AApproved Contractor, Inc.I recently go a whole new set of windows for my condo. Justin was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, patient and communicative. He took his time to review my HOA documents and get my new windows done to the specific requirements. This was not a quick or easy process, and Justin handled it with grace. He went above an beyond to make sure he was doing a quality job that met my HOA's super specific requirements. My new windows are not only gorgeous, but they keep my condo cool and they are almost sound proof! I would highly recommend Justin and Approved Contractor for any job! AIPS Window CoveringsKevin came out to do our estimate and showed up on time. He explained the options and was timely with the measurements. We had him quote the bottom floor of our two story house. We didn’t think we would want that nice of window coverings upstairs since nobody would see them but us. He told me, “After I install these, your wife will have me come back to measure the windows for the upstairs”. He was right. We now have them on every window in out house. When they arrived, he has a system to install them efficiently. He cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell he was even here with the exception of the new window coverings. We’ve had our for a few years and the product has held up well and easy to clean. Our dogs like to put their noses against them to look out the windows. They still look as good as the day they were installed and way better than the blinds you buy at the local hardware store. These really dress up the look of the windows. AWe have used them twice in the last year, once to replace 4 windows and a sliding door at our rental condo and they just finished the installation of 17 windows at our home. The measurements were quick and easy, followed by a quick competitive quote with no hidden surprises. Yes, we did get quotes from other suppliers. Both installations included Milgard Trinisic Series windows. The installers, US Window & Door employees, were professional, efficient, clean, prompt, easy to have around, and paid close attention to detail. The owner, Martin, followed up in both cases to inspect his crew’s work after the job was completed. We are very happy with the installation and the finished product. We highly recommend US Window & Door.

AI met with Emma for a consultation on all these issues, started with the windows and on into the whole house and what would be future projects. I felt very comfortable with her and didn’t need to look any further! She made some suggestions, noted all the issues and desires and came back in another appt with a plan and options for the coverings. We were able to select some Sillouette-type shades and custom wooden shutters; she helped us work theough the decision malimg process and we got the order done. Measurememts were taken and we received the shades amd they were installed professionally, there was one shade that didn’t quite fit and that was handled. The shutters were custom built locally and installed today, and they are just beautiful, with the custom design we desired.. My home has not ever looked this complete, I look around and feel so good! The shades are so well suited to our views and sun issues as well, they have made our house so enjoyable. I am delighted with the quality of work and products and am looking forward to a future family room update, a kitchen renno, and master bath upgrade!

AThe quality is incredible and the service is second to none. I never felt like they were trying to scam or upsell me. They were frank, transparent, and informative when we discussed the options. The employee who helped me (I think his name was Armando) put in extra time to finish my car AND waited for me to finish work to pick up my car. I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Superior Windows Solutions to friends and family.

AThey provided the estimate over the phone, with a very reasonable estimate, cheaper than other competitors with similar products. They have several color options, and I was able to select a couple options to see in person. Alfonso came for the install, and after I selected the color everything went very smoothly, very quick. The screen door looks and works great.
