AThe Window Blind Connection Inc.Neil and his installer Gabriel did an extraordinary job on the window treatments for our new home. The execution of the shades themselves, their boxes, and their motorized mechanism was all very high quality -- our house looks amazing now. Neil has great taste, he's very knowledgeable, he cares a lot about making customers happy, and he has a direct and forthright manner I like very much. His installer Gabriel is highly skilled and equally knowledgeable. Both Neil and Gabriel stopped at nothing to make sure we were completely satisfied - we had a few minor issues with a couple of the blinds, the type of thing that a lot of contractors would try to say was unimportant, nothing-I-can-do, etc. Not Neil and Gabriel -- they made sure that every one of our concerns was addressed until they achieved full perfection. I enthusiasticaly recommend them and in fact intend to use them again in the medium term on other windows in our home that we didn't get to yet.- Jason M.

AThe Window Blind Connection Inc.Neil from The Window Blind Connection did a great job! I first used The Window Blind Connection back in the late 90's for my entire home. Over the years, I have only replaced one window treatment (for an updated look) and just recently this year had one window blind repaired. The wand broke on the blind and Neil repaired it rather than my having to replace it. It's nice that he/his company is still around after 20+ years. He is a professional running a reputable company-- quick, organized, he's trustworthy and has a pleasing personality. I appreciate that Neil was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. AIt went great. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The workers showed up on time and were very efficient. They were able to detach the shade and take it out to their van to do the repair, which I appreciated due to COVID protocols. Reinstallation of the shade went smoothly. All in all I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

We have a very friendly staff that is knowledgeable and ready to help customers with their projects. We also have hundreds of yards of in-stock fabrics for upholstery, drapery, and bedding as well as many books and samples to order from.

APrompt and courteous service is what I expect and Off The Bolt hit the ball out of the park. They reupholstered our sofa and sleeper and both look great! Wait time to order the fabric and time to perform the labor was faster than we were quoted. Pick up and delivery was also spot on, extreme care was give to our furniture when it was picked up and delivered. Being this was the first time we had any furniture reupholstered I wasn't sure if we made the right decision, but decided to move forward after we went furniture shopping. Having our old furniture returned to us better than new was way more than we expected and we are thrilled with the decision we made and the company we chose. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. We are now planning to redo our dinnng room chairs and will be using Off the Bolt from now on. Thanks for a great experience!
