He was able to work with my budget around and remodel my kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted. The main reason why I decided to go with this company, they were able to start right away, and they were not pushy with us like other companies. All workers were very reliable. Before starting the job we did a walk through with the project manager and informed me the process of the installation. I am so pleased with the job that now I want them to fully remodel the second house of the kitchen that I rent. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and functional! They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. We have replaced our tub Combo with a walk in shower and a stand-alone tub for more of a luxury style. Thank you KB Experts for assisting me with the designs, ideas and choosing the right materials. The examination of the property was thorough and possible issues in building were clearly pointed out were pointed out in a professional manner. I believe they would have done a great job. AWe recently had our 2 bathrooms remodeled by Built To Perfection and this was our 2nd & 3rd projects. They did a partial remodel of our kitchen 3 years ago. Since it had been 3 years, we did talk to other builders on the first bathroom project with an unique request. We wanted to create an access to this bathroom from outside so our guests will not have to go around the house to get to a bathroom while they are using our pool. Since it’s a small bathroom and there is no space to place a door from outside, we even thought about opening more space into the guest room next to it. But one day we found some pictures online that showed a door from outside opening right into the shower area. We liked the idea so much, so we mentioned it as we were getting the estimate for the projects. Roi was the only person who was excited about our idea and said “we could do this”. He took care of all the permits with the city and did a beautiful job. The foreman, Armondo was so nice and did such great work, we ended up asking them to carry on with another small bathroom. Not only are they reasonable with their quotes, Roi communicates with us well and listen to our concerns and takes care of them to our satisfaction. No more shopping around for sure for any future remodeling projects.

AMickey had to deal with Conflicting HPOZ and LADBS regulations. He hired the right people to do the plans and fought with the city and made sure everything was in compliance during a pandemic. He also had to deal with subs and getting custom work done while places were slowing or closing during the pandemic. I wouldn’t have gotten my project done during this time without him and Supreme remodeling.

AMike took care of getting plans drawn up from our rough sketches, and helped get the plans through the City approval process. The crew was very friendly and did good work. Mike provides really good suggestions all along the way, and the quality of materials was really good (cabinets, countertops, tile). We are very happy with the ADU! We have hired Mike to remodel a bathroom now in the main house.
