• <Provider name locked. >Promised computer next day, was told it was ready but he couldn't deliver it so made appointment next morning 9 am. At 9 am he couldn't drive to my home so I said I would drive to his home. I was almost there when he called and said computer not finished. He needed another hour.  I went to my appointments an and let him know I was on my way back ( 2 hours later) but he needed more time. 3 hours later I get the computer. When I set it up at home, found out he did not do any microsoft updates  and never put in the numbers so I would have been locked out of microsoft in 3 days. He did not complete his work. I asked for some money back, he agreed but never kept his promise. Provider name locked. >

• Please do not make the same costly mistake that I did and send your child to this inept tutoring facility. My 10 year old daughter is taking the ISEE in the fall and I wanted her to have some test preparation. My daughter is a straight A student who received a perfect 300 on the math NJAsk. She also scored in the 95th percentile of the math portion of the Provider name locked. . In short, she's a smart kid. She took the ISEE practice test at the Provider name locked. center and according to the center director scored poorly. She informed me about her horrible scores with a very long face and a Provider name locked. that my daughter was in grave Provider name locked. of failing miserably. I accepted the information with a grain of salt because I know that the ISEE is a difficult test and much of the material that is on the test hasn't been covered in her 5th grade classroom yet. I figured that the facility was an expert on ISEE prep and could teach her what she needed to know. She's a fast learner. The center director told me that she recommended 36 hours of service at $82 per hour to be paid UP FRONT. Not willing to shell out $3000 up front. I said "let's try 20 hours". She told me that my daughter would only be tutored on material that she did not know and that she would have the same tutor every session. This did not happen. The first three sessions my daughter had three different tutors. Each tutor did not know anything about my daughter's background. It was obvious that none of them looked at her practice test and there wasn't any clearly designated tutoring plan in place. One tutor spent a 2 hour session reviewing addition. she's in 5th grade, she knows addition. The director didn't remember what test my daughter was prepping for and she kept telling the tutors that she was there for reading help for an entirely different test. The tutors do not seem to be allowed to speak with tme directly, and my daughter was not given any homework until I inquired about it. Then, the homework was very random and varied according to which tutor she had. in general the center has a very strange vibe. The employees seem unhappy and the tutors seem to be there only for the money. The director seems untrustworthy. The whole experience was horrible. Not only did we waste over $2000, we also lost 6 weeks of valuable time. There are some good tutoring facilities in Northern NJ, but Provider name locked. definitely is not one of them. Please save your money and don't waste your time with this place.

• I walked into the shoe department to purchase a present for my future mother-in-law. I had overheard her saying she wanted a particular boot so I decided it would be a nice gesture for the upcoming holiday. 
  The salespeople were so kind and helpful, they went in the back and found the last boot in her size and made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase! I highly recommend shopping with them!
