When they left the site the work area was cleaner then when they arrived. The owner operator was on site 95% of the time, he insured that appropriate materials for each type of surface was applied, and had the team perform small additions that just completed the job. ASo great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.

ARecently had Mega Power Electric Inc install solar panels and upgrade my electrical panel. I had multiple quotes for this job and I chose Simply because their price was reasonable, and they have been around for many years. Our consultant, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the system would work and answering all my questions. The installation and system initiation went according to plan and any questions I have asked were answered quickly by Customer Service. I definitely recommend this company.

ANeeded a new roof and relied on Angie's list. Ocean Seven Builders always came out on top and now I know why. Could not have been easier. No high pressure. Just the facts presented so we could make our own decision. Scheduling was fine, always kept us in the loop. Crew was professional, careful not to damage anything like plants, etc. and cleaned up after themselves after each work day. Love our new roof. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend Ocean Seven Builders.

DOne hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
