ASo Cal Builders & Design IncSo Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. We are pleased to have a much needed new roof. Everyone who worked in our home wore a mask and practiced social distancing. We highly recommend So Cal Builders to our friends and family.- Bridget A.

He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. He was able to work with my budget around and remodel my kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted. The main reason why I decided to go with this company, they were able to start right away, and they were not pushy with us like other companies. All workers were very reliable. Before starting the job we did a walk through with the project manager and informed me the process of the installation. I am so pleased with the job that now I want them to fully remodel the second house of the kitchen that I rent. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and functional! They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. AConstruction MastersI highly recommend Construction Masters. We obtained 3 quotes for fully remodeling our Los Angeles home and they were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Moshe Cohen got the quote back first with great detail and specificity. He suggested ways for me to save money including using his contractor discount from vendors he used a lot. He was able to start quickly and he finished the job exactly when he said he would. Every week he kept me informed and proactively informed me of substandard wiring once he started that would not pass inspection. Moshe passed through this item without tacking a fee for himself. AI cannot speak highly enough about Tamar, and Best Home Advisor. I began a kitchen remodel on my own, thinking that I would save money by acting as my own contractor, and I was wrong! Tamar really saved this remodel. Her subcontractors were top-notch, and did fantastic work. She is extremely knowledgable, and communicated with us throughout the process, and that is so important! All the prices were absolutely reasonable, and there were no surprise costs. None. She was super straightforward, and when we agreed on a price, that was it. No “nickel and dime-ing,” or backpedaling. She was absolutely true to her word, and a model of integrity.

ALooking for estimates to remodel a bathroom from tub to walk-in shower, we contacted this company. Shlomi came out for a feee estimate, he was courteous and professional. He noticed right away that our bathroom was too small for the type of remodel we were looking to do, legally. He took all the measurements to confirm his suspicion. He explained the rules for a permit remodel, which none of the other contractors we contacted mentioned. Thanks to Shlomi we most likely avoided a troublesome remodel. Highly recommend this contractor for their honesty and forthrightness. Thank you!

AWhen I found IND Construction and decided to move forward with them, I felt at ease. Every single step, from design to architecture to clearing out an old shed, to building the structure and final touches, was done with care. That meant a lot to me and my dad, especially now, with COVID-19. The workers were thoughtful and all my questions were answered and attended to. At the end of the day, I was really thankful that my guesthouse was built. It gave me a sense of relief and accomplishment. When I look at it, I think of my mom, who had wanted to build a guesthouse. I think she would have been really happy.

AEXPO HOME Shay Alfandari We contacted Shay for an estimate. Shay came in right on target with the other contractors. What made Shay stand out and for us to choose him was that there was such an instant chemistry that I felt. Not only did I feel that Shay knew what we wanted and were aiming to achieve on our remodel, but his energy was magnetic. I completely felt that we would be in good hands with Shay. Demolition day was just that! Everything was basically demoed in a day. Our goal was our Kitchen and our Guest Bathroom. After the project was started the remodel became; the bathroom, dining room, kitchen, den and relayed flooring throughout the whole house to make and endless seem. Shay gave and provided us with such guidance that we could not say no. And OMG – yes so glad we said YES. The house is simply Amazing. From the time you walk in our house went from 1940’s to now 21st Century Modern. Grays and Whites. The cabinets are Hi-Gloss Lacquered, and the appliances are majority Black Stainless Steel. The backsplash of Ocean Tones of Blues brings it all together. Oh, did I forget….The workmen that do all the hands-on projects from start to finish are Top Notch. I don’t think I could ever have though that they would be 1) so professional, 2) such autonomy and 3) always on time and friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend EXPO HOME for you remodel or whatever you are planning. When people say; you get what you pay for….believe me. AWe have used US Home Developers before, and had them remodel our bathroom and scrape/resurface our acoustic ceilings in three rooms. Everything turned out very well. The shower was completely redone and modernized, and we are pleased with the result. Kris kept us informed every step of the way. The workers were very conscientious with masks and social distancing. Finally, we are very happy with the updates to the lights and fan in the bathroom. We would highly recommend US Home Developers for any project, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
