    said she needed all 4 wisdoms out. then confused all our paperwork, mine and my daughters. When i tried to explain to the receptionist she wouldnt listen so the dr called me back, it became a big mess. and he said i should find another oral surgeon and hung up on me. So glad i didnt use him!

    The Clear Choice the dental one stop shopping dental thing they advertise on TV. It's very misrepresented. They advertise in and out. When you go in and talk to them they show you what the dental implants are going to like and after you have it done they are nothing like what they showed you, after you have already signed, sealed, and paid $15. Then, you are stuck, so you have to finish the program which I am almost at the end of the program which totals $40 and I am totally miserable. I am stuck using them. They are nice and everything. They are trying, but Clear Choice advertisement and everything else is not what it's cracked up to be. It's like false representation, but the people there are very nice.

    I went to this dentist for a chip on one of my front teeth. He put a filling on it, but a month later, it broke.

    I returned to the dentist and he said, "I will fix this permanently." He put my under anaesthesia and when I was asked to bite down on impression material, I asked why I needed to make an impression. He said he was going to put a crown on the tooth instead of repairing the damaged filling. I went along and made an impression for a crown. I paid the amount of $800 up front and returned two weeks later for the crown to be put on.

    Dr. Swearingen put on the crown, but it was the wrong color and size! Too big and too yellow! I complained and he told me he had no time that day in his schedule to make another impression and do the color charting, so please make a return appointment.

    I did so, and when I returned for the fourth time, he said that he would have to charge me for another crown because I had already received "the service for which I paid." I argued and said no way...that the work was done incorrectly and that it needed to be done properly. I was ushered out of the office at the end of my "appointment time."

    The receptionist would not reschedule me with the dentist after I complained about the quality of the work.

    Due to excellent examinations and oral care, I have not had to have any extensive dental work done as of this writing.

    I have no problems with this dentist. They seem to have a hard time with billing. A lot of back and forth between them and the insurance company.
