They were quick and clean when replacing some clay tiles on my roof, and cleaning all of the debris off of the roof. 9 months later when I was selling my home, another roofing company came and did a subpar roof inspection. The Landeros' came back out and inspected the roof for me and took a bunch of photos so the buyers could see there were no issues. And they didn't charge me for the return service almost a year later!! Absolutely amazing people, would highly recommend.- brandon c.

Landers Roofing are exceptional in their work ethics, and their work is done in a very efficient and timely manner. I was so pleased, that I found myself requesting more quotes for things I usually did myself for maintenance, and ended up having them do that work as well. I will no longer be climbing on my roof for gutter cleaning or cleaning and sealing a flat roof area. They've found a repeat customer for the life of their business from me. ABirds Window & Gutter CleaningGreat service! David and his crew (4 guys) were prompt. They washed all windows inside and then the outside. They took off all the screens, washed them, and then replaced. We have a heavy piece of furniture on the patio, and even though I said to just do the best they could, they moved it, cleaned the window and put it back. They cleaned around all the sills and frames. This is the first time we've hired window washers. We will definitely use Birds Window and Gutter Cleaners again!- Rich r.

AWe contacted this company to get an estimate. They were very responsive. Received our quote the next day. Bob was very informative and answered all our questions. We contracted with them to do the work and it was completed in the time frame they told us it would be. The system works great. The main reason for going with them was not price, it was because the company is rated as a Platinum Installer by the Manufacture. We were able to get an extended warranty because of it.
