    Till After the first week . The water continued to collect in the pan, Not the same volume but did still gather ! Last time i ck'd it the pan was dry , today ! Cannot see where ANYTH ING was Broken ! Maybe YOU can explain it better to me ! Which I would appreciate !! I am 84 yrs. old and have NEVER Experienced this kind of problem !!! THANK YOU

    1st VISIT:, tech popped cam back into place. Coulding find reason for problem. Afterward the soap/bleach dispenser not emptying. Found just before running load of jeans and having bleach dump into them. 2nd VISIT, same tech. Tech decided parts were needed. I disagreed about replacing entire dispenser, but he was insistent. PARTS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF TECH ORDERING AND THEY ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER. I wasn't informed about parts being shipped to me or I would have made other arrangements. I was leaving town the next day for a week. Parts were thrown over my front gate by UPS. 3 separate parcels on 3 different days. It's amazing they were okay and not stolen. 3rd VISIT, different tech who was more thorough. Fixed problem, explained cause, confirmed I didn't need the dispenser and arranged for me to get $102 credit for un-needed parts. Called Sears and will have refund.

    I contacted the provider around 11AM. He stated that there was a call in a town close to ours and offered to do the repair today. After finishing the first repair, he called us to let us know that he was on his way. Once he arrived, the provider diagnosed the condition relatively quickly. The provider did not have the part with him so he made a few phone calls and went to pick the item up. Within an hour the oven's element was repaired and in working order. The provider even offered a senior discount.

    We only had one issue that we were upset about. When their son first started getting gin the business, I think he was in the learning curve where you have to motivate yourself a little faster. It was piece-work job. The work was good we just felt that it took too long. They still wouldn't deter us from using them again.

    They are doing great. I don't have any complaints about them. Their son has changed. He's been at it for a couple years now and you can see the change in him.

    The work is great. Everything they did was tidy. I think their pricing is really good.

    They were available within a few days, came within the window of time promised, and had the parts and expertise necessary to repair the problem. My only complaint is that I'm used to the "service call" charge including some labour.

    Robic Refrigeration Inc. was really nice, he didn't rush. I had some issues with the dishwasher and I used to work on equipment. He just sat there and he would slowly work on it. You could tell he had been in business for a while and knew what he was doing because he would get the prices and he would do all this stuff. He came out and looked, saw what was going on, looked at all the pieces of the appliances and he said he would go back and research the parts. The next day he called and asked if we wanted to go with it and he ordered it. It wasn't something where he rushed out to do all this stuff. He just did it in a nice way and when he worked on it he was slow and methodical which I really appreciated. He explained everything as he was going along, he explained what a pile of junk appliances are in general. He was a very quiet guy. We'd use him again.

    I called him and I explained to him what my washer was doing and he said it sounded like
    the bearings to him which is very expensive to repair so he advised me
    to buy a new washer. I appreciated his honesty rather than charging me a
    fee to come out and diagnose the same thing in person.
