  We were very pleased with Fernando and his crew on our outdoor renovation and have received many compliments. From start to finish they were reliable, knowledgeable, considerate, helpful, and hardworking - even though our project started durning a record heat wave this summer. Fernando offered creative ideas and solutions, along with a lot of patience in helping me select the right plants and trees. He kept every promise he made in an efficient and timely manner, while never cutting corners. He did not bid a low price only to have ���add ons��� later. He provided both quality and value with no surprises.

  The work was completed on time and to my satisfaction but there were a few snags along the way. The crew at first was not very professional. They did not inform me each day what work was going to be performed and they did not keep me informed about their progress. I never knew when they were going to arrive nor leave. They did not clean up very well each day as I found trash and debris in my yard. I felt that they were not treating me with a "customer comes first" attitude. After complaining about this to the owners the work ethic improved greatly. I was very nervous about completing the job in the required timeframe, but Arshee (one of the owners) assured me that it would be completed and even called the water district to make sure that I would receive my rebate. He was also very responsive to my text messages. A few of plants did not survive within 30 days and he replaced them for free as part of their guarantee. Overall my yard turned out beautiful. Several of my neighbors stopped by and had nothing but compliments. I would hire this company again.

  Terrible. Richard is argumentative and unprofessional. He was supposed to quote for some irrigation work and landscape lighting. After coming to my house, he decided to quote on things that were not discussed and refused to look at any of the work I was requesting. It was very frustrating trying to talk to him.

  around it per my request to accomplish the task.  Wonderful work.  I'm very pleased.

  George was very responsive to our concerns and priorities regarding the irrigation system in our yard.  He came back with a well planned solution and next steps.  He told us that some of the existing system was working fine and didn't need to be modified.  George and his team were respectful of our time and scheduled work accordingly.  George also alerted us to rebates from government agencies for installing water saving irrigation.  We expect to get back $730 in rebates to offset the cost of the work.

  The service went well. I have used the company 1 other time and would definitely use them again. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair the sprinkler heads. The pricing was fair and they did good work. He was prompt and great at communicating with me. I had no problem scheduling the service at all.

  Truthfully, I've had people out for the same price who have done more. Despite the fact that my timer and some of the sprinkler heads were fairly new he kept talking about replacing those. Overall, he felt kind of salesy. I didn't feel I got very much for the $59. Overall, it was okay. They were supposed to get back with me for a quote for additional work though, but I  haven’t heard from.

  David was very patient explaining things and answering all our questions.  He made suggestions to help the roses and our lime and lemon trees.  He pointed out that we were over watering, and provided and applied several recommended products to fertilize everything, and  to control insects and weeds.  We may have him look at improving our sprinkler distribution, and changing out the sprinkler control unit for us.  The minimum quarterly service is $135.  There is no obligation after the first consultation/service.  We will have him back - the yard is looking much healthier.
