  Emilio and his team do a good job cleaning. They do all the jobs I have trouble with: changing the beds, showers, mopping the flowers, cleaning the ceiling fan. I���ve used them every other week for a year and I will continue!!! I encourage everyone to use them.

  I have been using Jacklyn's Maid Service for more than 3 years and wanted to let people know about their excellent services. They do detail cleanup of my house in Dove Canyon and my daughter's house in Laguna Niguel. They are very conscientious workers and my daughter will not use any other service.   Green House Cleaning

  They did an amazing job for the first 2 appointments. Everything is sparkling, especially kitchen and bathrooms, with no chlorine or other chemical smells, and although we are fairly clean with no kids at home or pets, they spent up to 5 hours the first time and 3 hours the second time at about $65/hr, which is a very fair price for such a great job. Will keep them on our biweekly housecleaning schedule for their superb professionalism for the near future

  Excellence House Cleaning

  Catalina has been with us since 2008, shortly after we moved to Coto. She is ethical and honest. I trust her and her team around our grandchildren, our three kitties (since they were kittens) and with our house. From the beginning, she had a schedule to maintain cleaning, one week cleaning the upper kitchen cabinets then the following week the lower cabinets, she moves sofa's/furnitures away from walls and cleans behind them, We have three kitties and she cleans under each bed and finds toys, kids cloths, and tons of cat hair. If something look out of place or damage, she tells me immediately to see if it's something her crew did or something I already knew about, almost 100% it's something I knew about and not from her crew. When we have parties I like to schedule Catalina to clean the day after and she ALWAYS accommodates me. When we had a wedding at our home, we hired Catalina to help keep things in order and she was wonderful. She made everyone feel comfortable and kept everything organized and clean. She kept an eye on the bathrooms to make sure they always had toilet paper and Kleenex towels and kept clean for each guest. She was amazing. Since we hired her and her crew in 2008, she has never stood us up, 100% reliability!!!! She's always the last one out the door, because she makes sure everything is done correctly and everything is in order, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her and trust her 100%. I would highly recommend Catalina and her crew to anyone and I know they will not be disappointed. We have 4 adults, three children, three cats and 10 fish, 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, two home offices, a busy kitchen, a family room full of kids stuff, kitty toys, trophies from all three kids....this should give you a good picture of what they have to clean every week and they do perfectly in about am hour and a half.

  The owner (Delia) arrived with two other staff a little later than I had originally planned (traffic issues), but it was no problem since I was at home on a Saturday. Also, she communicated well by text or phone call each step of the way and was very responsive to my questions. When I asked about price, she gave the most accurate answer a home cleaner can give: It depends upon how much stuff you have in your home. Let's face it, that has to matter! I like a minimalist approach for the most part so my home, despite size, is fairly easy to clean. Not a lot of knick knacks. So, she gave me two prices upon arrival and walk-through: One for this clean and one based upon a monthly clean (my preference). I was satisfied with both. I was here while they worked and they did a spectacular job. If you've experienced the fine dust that comes with drywall work, you know what a mess it can make! I felt like a queen last weekend after the work was done (took about 2.5-3 hours; I forgot to check actual time) and still do this week. It's so much easier to maintain a clean home. I highly recommend Yari's Maids and will be using them again.

  The cleaning crew was great.  They were polite and did great work.  It was a little tough working with the scheduling to get them there.  They reschedule me twice, which was a little frustrating and then were able to go back and honor the original time they set.  Besides the initial scheduling hassle, the cleaning crew was great and did an excellent job.

  Annie's Essential Cleaning

  She came over once and cleaned one room.   She was late because, she says, her kids left the car door open and she had to call AAA.  We rescheduled for today, Sunday, because our house really needed to be cleaned.  One hour before she was supposed to be here she texted me that she was sick and very sorry and, in the end, wanted to come by this Thursday instead.  
  She clearly never intended to come today (Sunday) but waited, again, until the last minute to text me (didn't even call).  I let her know we would not be using her.
  In the end she was great at 'selling' herself but she did not deliver on anything.  Regardless, do not hire this services (it's only one person) if you expect any kind of reliability or responsiveness.  She is not trustworthy nor honest.

  Mother Earth Maids California

  I'm bummed.  I purchased the "deal" for 3 cleaners for 2 hours each, 6 hours of house cleaning service.  When I contacted Mother Earth Maids before the service was performed, they suggested that since our house is 2000 sq. feet, I purchase another hour for $60.  So I did.  So, what I was expecting was 3 cleaners for 3 hours of service, expecting the entire house to be cleaned.  What I received was 4 cleaners for 2 1/2 hours of service.  By the end of the 2 1/2 hours, they had only cleaned 3 bedrooms (two of which are very small), and two bathrooms.  I was told that if I wanted the rest of the house cleaned, they would need another $100, so I said no.  What wasn't cleaned was the two living rooms, all downstairs floors, and only the kitchen counters were cleaned.
  I am just really disappointed.  Next time I will arrange for the entire house to be cleaned for a fixed price.  Lesson learned.  If you want to ensure that your house is cleaned, pay for the job, not by hour.
