    Mission Viejo Transmission
    This is the second car for which I've had the wheels aligned with Mission Viejo Transmission and Auto Repair.
    I have an appointment now on Thursday for them to service and perform repairs on my Corvette.
    Without a doubt, this is the finest independent auto repair business I have ever experienced.
    Professional, knowledgeable, courteous folks, and reliable work all wrapped up in fair pricing and an immaculate facility.
    I have dropped dealer service in favor of Mission Viejo Transmission and Auto Repair now.
    I found this company because of a recommendation by the Costco Tire Center after purchasing new tires.
    When someone with a reputation like Costco recommends a service company, you have to listen.  I'm glad I did!

    Chevrolet of Irvine
    I bought my Corvette from Chevrolet of Irvine, and I've had it serviced by them for quite a few years, opting for other service dealers only when I am out of town.   Today, I called to make an appointment for a 60,000 mile service and prearrange for having the two trunk lid struts replaced after they have failed due to a car detail company rubbing a cosmetic solution on the shafts compromising the struts. 
    The service department (Neil) was very professional and helpful, and he looked up the part, determining that they only had one strut in inventory.   I asked him to please order the other strut and he informed me that I would have to pre-pay for the part as that is the company's policy.   I said fine how do I do that.  He transferred me to the parts department and Steve informed me that I would have to pre-pay but they would not take the payment over the phone.   I would either make an extra trip into the dealer to pay for the part before the service appointment or I would have to obtain a preauthorization credit card form by fax or mail.   I informed him that I bought the car through their company, I have had the car serviced through their company and It's troubling to me that they can't just order the one extra strut that they fail to have in inventory in trust of my relationship with their company.   He curtly said that's just the way it is!    I suggested that perhaps I should just go elsewhere with my business to which he again curtly replied "that's fine" and hung up on me.
    I will not buy my soon to be next Corvette or have any service from this dealership again.  I have a feeling that with their attitude, they will be out of business in due time.

    Santa Margarita Ford
    My son just goes to them because they are the nearest.  Santa Margarita Ford is one of the worst car dealership service places I’ve ever worked with and I’ve had over 30 cars and I have been driving for over 50 years.  My son had a problem with one of his tires and as it turns out, it was one of the valve stems.  He took his car in and they charged him $80 or $85 to replace a valve stem.  The service agent he worked with said that when one valve stem goes, the other three go also, so he suggested that they exchange all four, which is not true at all.  I talked to the service manager and raised holy hell.  I asked what is the cost to replace a valve stem and he said maybe 10 to 15 dollars maximum.  I told him that we were charged over $80 and they did refund the money, but they are crooks.  Every time we take the car in to have it worked on, they come back with all kinds of crazy stuff that needs to be done.  I have taken it to other places to double check and none of it ever needed to be done.

    Paul's Japanese Auto Repair & The Brake Stop
    Excellent experience, as always. I've been taking our mini-fleet of vehicles to Paul's for over 10 years. During routine service, they discovered that my front brake pads were worn out, along with the rotors (original had been on my Ranger for over 12 years and 170,000 miles). They repaired at a fair price and were done earlier than I expected. Very fair and honest shop!

    Terrible service. Make an appointment only to wait days for them to even look at vehicle. Call and leave repeated messages to get any information on progress only to be given misinformation. Would not use ever again not that car is out of warranty.

    They're very good. They're very professional people and very detail oriented. They do good service that's why I continue to go back to them. I think they're a good dealership. they're not the closest one to me but I'm willing to drive off that far for them. They're a little bit pricey.

    They are very responsive and good with follow up. It is because of their customer service department that we still take our cars there. Their timeliness is good. If I take the car in, they will call me if there is something else that needs to be done and that makes my wait minimal. Their prices are competitive with other dealerships in the area. We would definitely buy a car there because of their service.
